Secret Sweet Service (Jamie & Katie)
Jamie had heard that Carl had opened up a restaurant in town a couple weeks ago, but she had no time to go and check it out. She had the opportunity, when Katie offered "free" food after the volleyball game, but there was far too many people potentially going for Jamie's liking. Amanda was also going too, it seemed, which would only send the wrong message to people. She was not friends with Amanda.
She read the words on the window underneath the streetlight. Kayf Callaway... she read. The accent mark over the E threw her off. She read the hours it was open. There was half an hour before it closed. Good. She stepped inside and looked around at all the tables. It even smelled brand new. The bell over her head rang, signalling her arrival.
