I knew I had to try this cake style when it got popular on Instagram! Simply bake a cake in a round pan, cut 1/2 to 2/3 off one side, and add icing to the cut side when you stand it up...then pray it holds

This style of decorating with hundreds of starbursts is really nostalgic, and reminds me of cakes from the 90′s. The fuzzy look wasn't really my thing then, but it was so satisfying to make!
