i am going to a location one of the nancy drew games was set in this week and i am so incredibly excited to make one of those posts with the overlay of the game ui :DD hopefully i can visit some places that resemble those from the game

I always wondered why halfmoonjoe was the only YouTube channel I never got ads for, on my smart TV (the only place I can’t block them). I assumed his channel was just too small (even tho it’s not really that small), or maybe it was since he didn’t censor swear words, but nope! Apparently it’s a conscious decision he makes because, in his own words, he makes enough from Patreon, so he turns ads off for his YouTube (unless the video gets claimed, in which case he simply can’t control the ads).

And just like… something about that. I’ve seen YouTubers do no mid-rolls, but to turn off ads entirely? It just makes me happy to have found his channel.
