Hello. Did we ever get news on Nate's house in Halifax he decided to sell? Did he manage to sell it? Does Sid have a new neighbor? Or did he change his mind on selling it? Are they still neighbors?
afaik they’re still neighbours! the timeline with nate’s house was something like this: nate put the house on the market november 2022 initial asking price 6mil, left it on for a year before lowering the asking price by a mil, then another mil 6 months after that. in 2024, he took the listing down without a sale. i haven’t checked in much since then, but given the amount of articles that went up when he put the house up, i think someone would’ve reported on the final sale, but i can’t find anything at all about that rn. i assume he must’ve changed his mind, or to him it was only worth selling at an exorbitantly high price (similar properties in the area sold for 1-2mil in the same timeframe, looked it up once cause i was curious). either way, i assume it remains as yet unsold and they remain neighbours
