During a round of “Kiss or Slap”, Zart bites down really hard and aggressive on Ben’s lip, almost splitting it open. Ben quits for a couple minutes to ice it.

Frypan, omg. He loves the hot showers and does shower karaoke, but he’s actually a fantastic singer. Also, shower sex is not allowed in the dorm.

omg what if they both don’t care what if they just barricade themselves inside and only make candy apples and watch netflix and ignore the children scratching at their door because the front doorbell is busted AND YOU LOSERS FORGOT TO TURN OFF YOUR PORCH LIGHTS????

who gives the best gifts?

Newt works two jobs in town and saves up for the few videogames Thomas has been wanting–he’s very observant about what Thomas likes and usually can pleasantly surprise him when Thomas least expects it. 

who sings along to the radio the loudest?

THOMASSSSSSSS. A MAN AFTER MY OWN HEART. Yelling out the words instead of carrying a tune, Fry and Gally laughing along and singing.

who actually finishes a book they’ve started?

Well, they do lots of studying for university, so the extra time is used to hang out with their friends and party. Or spending it together. *eyebrow wiggles*

who falls asleep during a movie?

Tommy’s so sleeeeeepy when it gets around midnight, and omg, it’s the best part and Newt can see his eyes slitting together and his chin lowering. 

who plans a surprise getaway vacation?

Minho and the others planned their engagement trip aka bought the tickets and provided some cash and went “ok guys Teresa did the research and you guys should go here and here and AVOID here DO NOT GO HERE” 

who comes home with useless decorative knick knacks for the house every single day?

One day, it was the hot pink flamingo solar-light, and the other day, it was a tinyass bamboo cutting board, and Newt is like “where are you finding this junk??” and apparently someone’s having a yard sale down the road.

who takes more pictures?

Newt gets his sister’s old camera, and it’s one of those fancy ones that you can focus super good with, so he teaches himself to use it. Lots of nature and city pics, and their pet kitten, and ofc, Thomas. Thomas on his old skateboard. Thomas playing guitar. A bare-chested Thomas shrouded in the white glare of sunlight, and that one Newt get teases for but sue him, he knows what he likes.

who likes baths? who likes showers?

They only have a shower in their apartment. 

who keeps a weekly planner?

More like random, neon-colored Post It Notes that get stuck on furniture and tabletops. It’s easier for scatterbrained Thomas to remember that way.

who actually watches the discovery channel?

Not so much, but Newt enjoys watching the History Channel and one time he flips it on to a program and Thomas passes by behind him, and cants his head, and goes, “Doesn’t that kind of look like you, man?”

who brings up having kids first?

It doesn’t happen until a year or two after the engagement, but it comes up after lying down for the night, and their fingers are playing over each other’s and Thomas looks him over so carefully and shy before asking if it was ever in their future. Newt says “I don’t know” and that’s the end of it for now.

who fixes things around the house when they break?

Thomas is the klutz, but he can fix whatever, or get someone to help. He just doesn’t want to let Newt know about it because omg he’ll blow a gasket. Also, they are never fixing that doorbell. Like ever.

who leaves their dirty towels on the floor?

Newt, surprisingly. He’s hurrying around in the morning, hair not brushed, bookbag strapped on, forgets to brush his teeth, grabbing a muffin.

who makes the coffee in the morning?

Thomas isn’t allowed to. He burns it. 

who gets jealous over very petty things?

They’re actually pretty good about getting over jealousy, and being secure.

who exercises more?

Thomas is a runner. *ba dumm tshhhhhhh*

who starts listening to christmas music in october?

NO ONEEEEEEEEE.

who actually reads the newspaper?

The newspaper usually sits untouched and get shredded by their kitty.
