the voices in my head: *incoherent whispering*
me: aye, you there! speak up i cant hear you!!
voices: *iphone ringtone*
me: you cant fool me what were you talking about
how do i stop feeling so embarrassed about my symptoms? i need to tell my psychologist more details but i can't help but not speak about it i feel like an idiot talking about my delusions :(
Hey,
I’m gonna share my experience if anyone else wants to pitch in that would be great!
this is something I have been working on myself, especially since they are honestly getting harder to hide.
When I talk to my doctor about my symptoms I wrote them out and tried to be prepared so I wasn’t working trough brain fog and my uncomfortableness (is that word?).
Just trying to remember that other people go through the same thing and that you’re not alone, we’re here for you! Affirmations, reminding yourself of just how incredibly awesome you are !

Yes 13
13 is one of my hallucinations.. More like an imaginary friend... We talk, we take pictures together, she tries to tell the other hallucinations they are wrong, but it doesnt make them stop. She's on my side, We have inside jokes.. Shes like a best friend.. But hell I have Paranoid Schizophrenia I guess that "normal" for hallucinations.. Shes 19, so a teenage/adult. Sometimes we blog together. The medication isnt doing anything.. We listen to music together.. She tells me If she likes the song.. Please people Im dying to know, for all the people that suffer from psychosis , is this normal?
