                MAYA DIDN’T know what had come over her, especially on a scene where there seemed to be an active shooter. They weren’t able to put the fire out whilst PD were still on the scene trying to stop the shooter but Maya wasn’t paying attention the fire that was burning out of control. All she could focus on was the shooter that was coming up behind her partner. She could run fast, she was an olympic runner so of course she could make it in time but he worried her, he always did worry her. Moving towards him, Maya called out, letting him know of the approaching figure but over the sounds of the siren didn’t seem to make it through to HIS EARS.

              THE BLONDE picked up the pace as she got to him just in time to push Jay out of the way, Maya feeling a piercing pain going through her body and her knowing she’d been the one to get shot instead. It didn’t feel fatal, perhaps just through her side, at least it was fattier there and easier. She landed on the ground with a thud, a small groan leaving her lips as she looked up bleary eyed in his direction as he lifted her shirt to apply pressure to the gun shot wound “Hey. if you wanted me half naked, all you had to do WAS ASK.”
