Its a fact. Unless we have gnawed on them, I am unable to toss most bones into the trash without first coaxing every last bit of goodness out of them by making soup or stock with them. In fact that most of the items in our little freezer are bones waiting to be made into stock or stock waiting to be used in soups, risottos or anything else needing a shot of flavour.

Raw Bones?
I’ve been thinking about getting my pups starting on chewing some raw bones maybe once or a twice a week for their dental health in addition to the antler chews they already have but I have no idea where to start. While picking up cat food at Petsmart I came across these

however I have no clue how safe they are or anything on how to feed them. I’m not too sure about feeding ham bones as I know pork can cause pancreatitis in dogs and cats(vet clinic worker here) so anyone know if ham has the same result? So any raw feeders or just people who feed raw bones on here want to help me out and give me some tips?
My pups and I will greatly appreciate the advice and help! Also if anyone has any ideas on things like this for cats they and I would appreciate it as well!
Thank you everyone!
Dominic used his tripod (for the first time ever) to experiment with the manual function on his camera. The lighting in these pictures is not very good, but who cares. Dax is in a pirate hat and a track suit.
