Spicy ham hash and egg breakfast sandwich with cheddar and salsa.
Red Potato (1), Vidalia onion (1/4), Ham slices (4), Flour (1 tsp.), Black pepper (Dash), Kosher salt (dash)Cheddar cheese (2 oz.), Egg (1), Butter (3 tbls.), Hot sauce (Dash), Salsa (1 tbls).
Make hash: grate potato and onion and mix with finely chopped ham, flour, salt, pepper & hot sauce. Sear in pan on both ends until crisp. Top with cheese and cover to help melting. Toast rye bread and top with 1 tablespoon butter. Cook eggs in 2 tablespoons butter with hot sauce, salt & pepper. Place has on buttered toast, top with egg and butter drippings. Top with salsa.
