I got this recipe from a friend and my family loves it. Someone always asks to have a little ham with their sauce so now I can't make a ham without it.
Ham Sauce Mustard Sauce The secret ingredient in this sweet and sour mustard sauce is tomato soup. Try it with grilled chicken or baked ham.

Christmas Meal ideas
Hey y'all,
Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas. So as we all gather around to celebrate this time of year one of the things we all do and especially in the South is we celebrate with food. Of course there is the Christmas Ham and all of the sides. I don't know if this is just a Imhoff family thing or not but let me tell you about Ham Sauce:
Ham Sauce
3 Liberal Tablespoons of Sour Cream
1-2 Tablespoons Horseradish (depending on how spicy you like)
In a bowl, mix the Horseradish and Sour Cream together, usually best to let it sit for around 15 minutes before serving.
This is a must have at our house for both Christmas and Thanksgiving, it is refreshing and a little spicy to help cut through some of the decadence that is holiday cooking. Great for leftovers as well!
Now on to the sides, Christmas, to me anyways, is sort of like Thanksgiving in terms of food. I am making my Holiday Asparagus recipe this year per the request of my father. You can find the link here. Also we will be having things likes my Momma's Mashed Potatoes, her sweet potato casserole and a few other sides. If I can I will try to give a few more recipe ideas between now and Christmas.
At our house, Holidays are a family collaboration. I cook one or two dishes, someone else brings one or two dishes and my mom cook the main entree and a side dish or two.
