Sometimes i look through the Shen Wei tag and learn that novel Shen Wei is an unhinged eldrich horror obsessed with Zhao Yunlan and ZYL is essentially holding Murder Incarnate on a leash spraying him with a water bottle so that he doesn’t eviscerate all of Dixing

then drama Shen Wei is a soft traumatized man who can murder(but it sometimes makes him sad) and like. doesnt attempt to wipe dixing from existence. not just because zyl said that it’s bad.
