     "S'raining, see?" Jataro pointed at the sky, which was grey and damp. “Me favorite kinda weather. I like feelin’ it on my cheeks, yeah.” There was no explanation as to where he’d been, but he squirmed in Souda’s arms, clearly happy.

     Jataro Kemuri had gone missing for two months. There had been no trace of the little artist, no letter, no kidnapping note-- he had vanished. The Warriors of Hope all went to classes like normal, holding secrets in their tongues. Only they knew Jataro had run away, and they knew he would come back. He always did. 

     Just as they’d presumed would happen with time, he’d shown up at a police station. The little boy was clothed in rags, had lost quite a bit of weight, and looked like he’d had a rough couple of weeks, but was nonetheless not dead. The school alerted its students that Kemuri was alive and well, would be returning home within the day.

     The artist did not want to face Souda. The other Warriors knew why Jataro acted the way he did, they hardly questioned his quirky ways. But Souda would be hurt when he learned his adopted baby brother had run away with no warning, wouldn’t he? Even Jataro understood that.

outoftea: SAME THO! Like Celes just kind of does her own thing. I can see her getting a key off of Ishimaru just so she can walk into his room when she’s bored just so she can read the same book she would in her room but in his room instead
