hamster-mouse on hand
Back in the day...
before we had these new-fangled usb-based hamster-mice, when we wanted a hamster computer mouse we had to walk 5 miles uphill both ways to get a real hamster to use as a mouse... and it didn’t even work!!!
Scenes: Carnival, Desert, Winter, Forest, Beach, Planets, and City
I had previously reblogged a post about the existence of hamster-shaped wireless computer mice HERE, but the short video that went along with it was from instagram and the user who posted it changed their account to a private one that requires permission to access, so the video no longer shows up.
(I hate when this sort of thing happens. I do not condone “stealing” images, but this is a frequent problem with instagram (either a post becomes private or it is taken down or the user who posted it changes their username so the link becomes broken), which is why I generally download images from instagram to my harddrive, then post them ALONG WITH information about where they came from so credit is given where credit is due.)
Since the existence of hamster-shaped wireless computer mice is very important I became determined to find other images to use to make a new post. I went a little overboard (as I sometimes do) and found not only a great number of images, but also a great deal of information about these wondrous hamster-shaped wireless computer mice and where they can be obtained and for how much. Far too many images and far too much information to put into a single post. So I am creating a series of posts devoted to these marvelous pieces of hamster merchandise. This is post 1 of that series. The complete list of planned posts in the series is as follows:
1 - Existence [this post]
2 - Adorable Gifs (and a link to the video they came from)
3 - Scenes: carnival, desert, winter (+ forest, beach, planets, city)
4 - Colors
5 - Prices/Availability
6 - Sunflower Seed Mousepads
7 - Packaging, Texture, and other images
8 - Inferior Knockoffs Part 1: non-Amazon
9 - Inferior Knockoffs Part 2: Amazon
10 - “Back in the day...”
After I make these posts I will come back and edit this post to include links to all 9 of the other posts in the series.
These adorable gifs were taken from THIS video. For still images from other portions of the video + still images of other scenes see my NEXT post!!
(And if you just can't get enough videos of these cute lil guys, here are video REVIEWS of the mice in English HERE and Spanish HERE)
Knockoffs Part 2!
All of these wireless computer mice with hamster pictures on them are available as options from the same single Amazon page HERE
All of the designs cost $24.99 + $3.49 shipping (= $28.48) each .
