Deadlifts & RDL's are great ways the strengthen your hamstring and posterior chain, but sometimes its important that we find different methods to stretch, strengthen, and mobilize the hamstrings. Pilates instructor Brenda has a client show us some great hamstring stabilizing, strengthening, and stretching movements. They are using a Pilates resistance chair which really helps focus on the control of the movement, if you have one available definitely give it a try. Brenda is a Pilates enthusiast so she has tons of demos and videos to see @milnerpilates⠀ ⠀ Demo By: @milnerpilates⠀ ・・・⠀ My long time client Lisa for @lori.shipp on the Pilates chair rocking those hamstrings!⠀ ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••⠀ Looking for health & fitness professionals, information, tips, advice?
