Here's a great exercise for strengthening the hamstrings, an often overlooked area but crucial to maintain muscle strength balance and to prevent injury.
We're working on a good base of strength whilst Luke is recovering from a broken jaw in his previous bout.
This is only the second time Luke has tried these but his technique is pretty good once in the start position.
Great hinge movement that is vital in many sports and a fantastic hamstring strengthening exercise, give it a go!!
