Sometimes I take on more than I can handle; I'll be the first to admit it! Baking breads for two locations; working two shifts in a row and then cooking a dinner had me sacrificing sleep but at the end of the day, all very much worth it! It was a pleasure to meet & cook for old friends and it warms my heart that you all came out to share what @matt.tulpa and I love to do! 👨🏼🍳👩🏻🍳 Saffron arancini with short-grain Japanese rice, and filled with #HamSuiGok dim sum filling.
