Swim Meet // @hana-mae-rp

Nagisa turned around at the end of his lane to check his time, and grinned when he made one of the top scores. "Awesome!" He jumped in the water, before having to pull himself out so Rei could take his turn.

Pulling himself out of the water, he wrapped a towel around his neck and watched Rei dive in. Rei had gotten particularly fast and his form was undeniably perfect -- the bespectacled teen had come a long way from their first meet. 

Unfortunately, Rei didn't meet the time for the butterfly stroke, but still congratulated him as he got out of the water. He heard the PA system call the next schools, and decided to watch them from the sidelines as they got ready for the relay. 

"Wooow." He muttered as his eye caught on one swimmer in particular. She had about the same color hair as he, as well as around the same height. "She's really good." He murmured, as he watched her swim free across the lane. 

Nagisa figured the least he could do is let her know she did a good job if he was going to be ogling her for the day. He carefully jogged over to the lane she was in, and smiled brightly at the blonde. "Hi there! I just wanted to say you did really well in that race. What school do you go to, again?"

“Hana-chan!” Makoto beams down at the smaller girl as he approaches, as he hoists his school bag onto his shoulder. He didn't really have the chance to talk to her lately with how busy everyone was before upcoming the holiday, not to mention the constant practices the team has been trying to squeeze in before it gets too cold. It was the fact that he'd been way too busy to make more time for her that had left his stomach twisting with guilt, though; he should be able to handle everything better, after all. But now that things were starting to die down, perhaps he could rectify that?

"How have you been? Sorry I haven't been around much, lately." He lifts a hand to the back of his neck, up-turned brows drawing together, his expression somewhat apologetic. "Are you free today? I'd really like it if we could catch up."

Akura grinned as he picked Hana up and hugged her, spinning her around. “Hey there, cutie!”

Bringing the heat back into his fingers, Makoto clutched a cup of hot cocoa close to his chest as he searched for a place to sit in a local coffee shop. The snow was really kicking up, and he’d much rather dodge snowflakes where it’s warm than risk turning into a six-foot icicle.

Unfortunately, he wasn't the only one with that idea; the place was packed! Spying what was quite possibly the only empty seat, Makoto headed straight over. Who knows, maybe he’d see someone he knew—it was hard to tell with everyone bundled up.

“Excuse me, is someone sitting here?”
