Itâs no secret; I am a huge inversion junkie. Aside from all of the fun that they bring to my day, they also have lots of benefits, including strengthening the upper body, decompressing the vertebrae/spine, and improving balance! Awh yeah!
If you canât find balance in this posture yet, you can always practice with a wall or practice less challenging inversions. If you donât have strength in your upper body yet, flowing through your Sun Salutations will help with that!
