Strength: Snatch + hang snatch + snatch balance (1+1+1)
1x1 63#, 1x1 73#, 1x1 83#, 1x1 93#, snatch + hang snatch at 103#, 1x1 103#
Failed the first snatch balance at 103#, so I tried again and got it! The snatches were pretty ugly the second time around, but I snatched 103# four times in a 5 minute span, so I can’t be mad about it.
WOD: 15 minute EMOM:
Minute 1: 3 pistols per side (12x1 tempo)
Minute 2: 7s 1-arm handstand hold per side
Minute 3: 4 strict knees-to-elbow
Minute 4: 2 single leg box jumps per side (24in)
Minute 5: 4 strict ring dips
