Hang-Outs
another crazy summer is around the corner...
I now realise how crucial ISTP and ISTJ to balance the ménage with ESFP and ISFJ.

TO WAR!!!
And then to La Vic's
20 day Tumblr challenge! Day 6: 15 Things you Like to do
Did I miss a day...? I feel like I did.... If I did, then... oops! Anyway....
This is going to be a toughie, too. I guess I have a wider range, at least, so I'm going to take advantage of that. Since my last list was what I do by myself, I'm just going to write down things I like doing (or have enjoyed doing, even if just once) with other people.
1. Drama. I love drama so much. (Drama = theatre, for me) I love the comraderie, I love the late nights working on something until you hate it (yes, I am that twisted), I love getting to act, I love the costumes and the sets and the lights and the sounds and the "holy crap, I need a last-minute something" or "guys, where did you last see my something," I love getting to work with all these great people that I might have never gotten to know otherwise, I love getting to step out of myself and into someone new and see just how far I can take it, I love watching others do it, I love the curtain calls and hearing people cheering and making you feel like all that hard work was worthwhile, I love the hugs and the cards and the flowers and the people I don't even know telling me how great it was. I just love it!
2. Singing duets or group songs with my friends in places that ordinarily wouldn't be considered as singing venues, such as waiting to be let out of lunch and head back to our lockers, walking down the sidewalk on Main Street, the Boardwalk, the mall, a restaurant that won't admit that they probably know us by name because of our musical shenanigans, or whatever. I don't care where it is. I love singing with my friends, especially when it's the ones I rarely get to see.
3. Get-togethers with people I haven't seen in a long time, or people I won't see for a long time. When you're in college, there's a lot of separation going on. People you've known for years are packing up and heading out to who-knows-where, and you wonder when you'll be able to spend time together with them. But when you do, man! those are some awesome times. They're always a little bittersweet, but they're important, because those little moments help keep friendships from slowly and silently unraveling and fading away.
4. Laser-tag! I have only done this once, but oh my gosh, guys, it was so much fun! For my class's senior trip, we went to Canada, and we went laser-tagging. I was honestly terrified because I had never done it before, and we were playing co-ed, which meant that some of the crazy-butt guys were going to make it even more difficult, but I was also pumping with adrenaline. I ended up going in later than everyone else because my light-up vest thing wasn't working, so they had to un-derp it. Gee, that was super helpful to someone who was already not exactly going to be front-of-the-pack in this. -__- Anyway, so I go in, and everything is glowy and people are running everywhere and little, red dots of light are flying all over the place and I'm just trying to stay low and I'm thinking, 'hoooooly crap, what the heck am I doing!?' But I ended up having a really good time! I sweat the heck out of my long-sleeved thermal shirt (I was in CANADA, remember? Nobody warned me that I would be working up a sweat like this!), but it was all worth it. We actually played two rounds, and I enjoyed each of them. I would really like to do it again, some day!
5. Shopping! Yes, I know, I know, that's completely unoriginal, but it's true! Ask anyone who's ever shopped with me, and they'll say I'm not a big spender (usually), but I like walking around and checking stuff out. :-) Half the time, I don't even know what I'm looking for, and I guess that's why I hardly ever get anything, but it's always fun just to walk around with someone and say, "Ooh, that's pretty!" or "Oh my gosh, who in their right mind would wear that?"
6. Going to the movies. It's just not fun to go by yourself! It's always better to have at least one person to laugh, cry, scream, or sigh (hey, guys, I rhymed!) with when you're watching a movie. Plus, you're guarunteed at least one person with which to talk to about the movie, afterwards (because, come on, everyone has a post-movie rant they have to share, right?)
7. Go to a concert. Also not fun to do by yourself! You could be surrounded by thousands, and not know a single person! Or, even worse, you could end up seeing someone you reeeeeally don't want to see, and it's always better to not be by yourself when stuck with an awkward situation like that. But, mostly, it's just because it's more fun! Concert memories don't die.
8. Go to Sunday School! I know, this is probably not what you were expecting to see on someone's "top 15 things to do" list. And, honestly, a few years ago, I would not have had this on my list. But recently, I have been attending a Sunday School with my whole family, and it is AMAZING. Like, seriously, I think this one has helped my walk more than the past few years combined (which is kind of a sad thing to admit, but it's true, nonetheless). I will tell you why it has been so great: I have been able to personally connect with it. It's not just somebody standing in front of the class saying, "We're going to learn about Jonah today." It's an interactive class that lets us discussotherreligions and whattheirbeliefs are. Because, lets be honest: I'm not going to want to have a debate about Christianity with someone if he/she doesn't know anything about it, so why should I not do what I can, as a Christian, to learn about the people around me, and what they believe? It's always better to not have to hear, "Uh, no. You have that completely wrong. We don't think that way, at all...."
9. Go to the beach! I would say "Who doesn't like to go to the beach?", but, ashamedly, I must admit that I know someone who doesn't, so.... yeah.... But I LOVE it! I love the ocean, the mushy sand you walk in before you make it to the water, and the feeling of letting the sun dry you off as you lay on your towel. I do, however, hate that seemingly eternal stretch of baking-hot sand that you have to awkwardly duck-walk your way through to get to the Promised Land (the ocean). That, I could gladly live without.
10. Make t-shirts! I played volleyball for 4 years (8th-11th grade), and making the team warm-up t-shirts was always one of my favourite ways to bond with the team. I am known as a creative person, so it always felt really awesome when someone would compliment me on what I did or ask if I could do something on theirs. I wasn't exactly a great volleyball player, although I did and still do love the sport, so this was one of my ways to shine. I also did tye-dye shirts with two of my closest friends at a sleepover last year, and it's always a great reminder of our friendship whenever I wear it.
11. Dance party! Doesn't matter if you're in a crappy little room in America's Keswick for the start-of-the-school-year retreat, a hotel room, a friend's house, or the parking lot of a pizza place. Whether planned or not, dance parties are so much fun! I have had some great memories doing crazy dances with my friends, and I don't regret a single one! We never did anything fancy. Just some goofy fun. But it was great!
12. Get dessert! Food is fun, but the sweets are so much better! Ice cream, yogurt, fudge, cookies, candy, whatever! It's always fun to go out and get some sugar in the system (and watch someone lose it from the sugar rush haha).
13.Makedessert! If you can't buy it, bake it! My mom and I are the co-bakers of the Christmas cookies for our family get-together, and we always enjoy it. Our hands end up totally killing us afterwards, but it's always worth it, because the stuff is delicioooouuuuus! Any time I get to bake with my mom is really fun, because she usually does it by herself (because she knows what she's doing, and I'm a derp most of the time), and it feels nice to be able to help her out... and watch movies and talk while we're at it!
14. This does not necessarily require another person, but I sometimes ask my sister to help me, and I'll explain why after I say what it is: Because I am a total dweeb, I will admit that I looooove taking online quizzes! Seriously! I'm, like, addicted! I love doing those "Which character are you?" or "What color suits you best?" or "What's your element?" things! I kid you not! I love them! And, what's even more embarrassing, I take themreeeeeeallyseriously! I spend time thinking, 'Am I more like this or that?' And that's where my sister comes in. I will occasionally ask her, "Hey, am I more like this or that?" and she'll be like, "Oh, that, definitely!" or whatever, and I'll be like, "Really? Cuz I was thinking this..." and she'll be like "Then just pick it!" and I'll be like, "No! I can't! AAAAHHHH!" It's rather embarrassing.
And, last, but not least:
15. Go to theme parks! I freaking love roller coasters. I don't have a fear of hights, I don't get nauseous, and I honestly don't think I have the mental or physical capacity to scream. While on a roller coaster, I will - I am NOT making this up -laugh. It doesn't matter how close to death I might feel at the time, I will not scream; I will laugh. It's not just the roller coasters, though. I just really love theme parks! They have all this cool stuff, and it's just asdfghjkl I can't even describe it. I just really love it!
So, there you have it! 15 things I like to do! I did not think I was going to write that much. Hooooly crap.

Late ako sa school. Malakas ulan. Wala naman palang prof.
May test sa Fil. Walang nare-view. Nakita mga Scarlet habang nasa corridor. Nagkwentuhan. Lumakas ulan. Wala na talaga nare-view.
