Baby, it’s cold outside! I looked in the freezer and found the fastest grilling protein I could find, a split hanger steak! It’s seasoned with @meatchurch Holy Cow and grilled as maximum speed on my @kamadojoe Joe Junior at 500 degrees. I topped it with some shredded horseradish and it’s served with a baked potato and green beans with bacon.
