Lindo treino el de hoy en @BoxProCrossFit! AMRAP 20': 50 Doble Unders 30 Hang Muscle Clean 30 Shoulder Press 10 Box Jump Con barra de 20kgs vacía y DUers estrictos hice 2 Rounds + 22 SP. Cabe aclarar que los DUers no salen unbroken todavía, pero voy mejorando mucho. Empecé a meter de a 5-10 seguidos. Hoy por el tipo de WOD no era un buen día para practicar, pero sino no me van a salir más!
