-drink water. i know this is the first one on every list. drink a glass of water and do it again bc alcohol dehydrates you. -with your water, take two aspirin and eat a banana. you need the painkillers and potassium. -fruit juice!! high sugars, electrolytes, and vitamins. seriously. drink a cup of apple juice or cranberry juice or WHATEVER, take a couple aspirin, and you'll be almost good as new -eat. i know you feel sick and miserable, but put toast or some crackers in your body to absorb the leftover alcohol. (can also help you sober up if you need to get home immediately) -call your friends, make sure you know all the details of what happened the night before. nothing's worse than something you don't even remember being brought up four months in the future to embarrass you. -dry shampoo and under-eye concealer is gonna be your lifesaver today fam. (add blush if you look REALLY dead) -if you have to go to work, don't drive. ask a friend or take the bus or an uber or whatever, but a lot of accidents happen when ppl are hungover -keep forcing yourself to drink water through the day and invest in better sunglasses for next time, champ.
