As I went to the north sea I of course took some dolls with me. This time it was only 5 and only 4 of them sea themed. But with the sun going down earlier it was better not to take the whole merfolk with me.
First was Hanke as he didn't have photos for ages.
Another round of OC/Doll based doodles, we are getting closer to the newer dolls as we have reached the ones from the end of 2020.
Oleander, Peppi, Laterne, Milo, Alastor, Kabocha, Ambrose, (big) Delilah, Donguri, Gregory, Lías, Jake and with Hanke we finally enter 2021. 2021 was the year I started to add DGM dolls so... DGM doll art soon <3
Oleander - I got Oleander through a shopping service, it was kind of a wild preorder. He's one of the only Pumpkins who got a bigger role in one of my Novels.
Peppi - Peppino aka Peppi is a prankster, he is proud of his abilities and will prank everyone when he is able to. He even is the one who is at fault of Milo having pink instead of blonde hair.
Laterne - I love pumpkins. And this is a walking pumpkin.
Milo - My absolute comfort doll. Milo was a doll i fell in love with back in 2013 as I saw the face up in an artist portfolio.... you can imagine how surprised I was to find the faceplate on ebay years later. First it was just an additional head for Teddy but grew into a (kinda) own character.
Alastor - One of my most favorite series based customs and damn Hazbin hit me hard with the Pilot back then. One day I will upgrade his outfit to the current design.
Kabocha - I truly regretted buying this doll, I was torn with it being based on a pokemon and it was a gray area with fanart and such but... that the 'artist' was such a liar. He lied to me that he wasn't able to deliver a parcel to my country (while a friend just got their order we live 2,5 hours apart in the same country???) and send me weird screenshots and whatnot... as i finally got the doll i painted and put it into a dark corner. A while ago i repainted the doll and made up with the whole story.
Ambrose - Another pumpkin, the eye is painted on and such an overall fun design. Ambrose might seem creepy but he is a nice guy.
(big) Delilah - Delilah isn't my fav character but she is one of two SD sized girls I have. But only because the head was a gift from the company for ViP members. I didn't even notice I had reached the amount.
Donguri - Little fun autumn critter, my brain stopped working.
Gregory - Adopted from a friend as I wasn't a fan of the Petit Gem at first but as they arrived I truly fell for them. I lost his tail during a photoshoot and remade a new one. Also the face up is still from Soom it's just slightly modified.
Lías - A little clown doll.. like literally. I use him as doll for other dolls.
Jake - Oh boy, this doll. Yes another game inspired one and somehow those are cursed. He fell from the shelf as I was done customizing him and I had a puzzle. I was gladly able to fix him after 3 days of intense work.
Hanke - The 3D file was a gift from ZeligenArt to make up for the long wait during the preorder. Alu printed the shark for me and I did the paint job. A truly fun doll.
