Pakku/Kanna and Hama/Kanna?

vomit / don’t ship / okay / cute / adorable / perfect / beyond flawless / hot damn / screaming and crying / i will ship them in hell

I don't particularly like either ship. We don't get enough of Kanna to know why she left the Northern Tribe or why she would still want to be with Pakku after all these years. Him not being over her after all those years isn't good enough. If she was in love with Pakku, it wasn't enough to get Kanna to stay, and it wasn't enough to make Pakku change his mind, so what's different now? Why does she want him now? Kanna doesn't even get to be the one to tell her family she's with Pakku now. Her voice literally does not matter in this relationship. It's not surprising, considering what Bryke considers to be high romance, but it's still off-putting.

As for Hama...I'm going to say something unpopular and say that I hate the idea that she just so happened to know Kanna, and they just so happened to be best friends, and Katara and her friends just so happened to find her in the Fire Nation after all those years. It's too convenient. It wouldn't be the worst plot convenience in the show (**stares at camera in Lionturtle and Magic Rock**) but it's one that makes me roll my eyes until I'm looking at my own brain. It's way too cheesy. I guess she and Kanna could meet after the war, had Hama been sent back to the SWT, but no, I'm not interested in that romance.
