Drowning??? So sad..

As Brennan kneeels down on his chest again, Sam wishes for peace. He wishes it would stop.

He can't help but wish for death.

The burn of his lungs and throat... the idea that he was drowning from the inside, he couldn't take another round. 

He curses Boyd for the flimsy back story and high profile boat. All he wants is to give Brennan his name, but that'd do no one any good. And he probably wouldn't get to live anyway. But the torture would be over. It would all be over.

As Brennan grabs his jaw again, forcing his mouth open and begins to pour, he thinks of the one reason he had to stay silent, to keep hanging on to hope. 

He needs to see for himself that Andy was alive and well. And more than that, he wants his shot at normal, with her.

And then, as his silent prayer to the universe for her safety wraps up, the water hits the back of his throat again.

Chamomile - Comfort MovieI have this thing where I rarely actually put DVDs in to watch because it’s, like, a commitment, y’know?  Like if you catch something on TV you can settle in because there’s commercials, but you can also walk away because whatever, it’s just TV and you didn’t plan this.  But you put in a movie and it’s like you’re saying “Okay, I’m here for the next two hours.

THAT BEING SAID my list of comfort movies in no particular order are:  Little Women, Clueless, Drop Dead Gorgeous, Never Been Kissed, Jurassic Park, Pleasantville, Sex & The City (the movie, the first one) and probably 73 more that I can’t think of at the moment.

Mug - When/Where do you normally drink tea?I am, admittedly, not a big tea drinker.  I enjoy it, but I rarely actually make it.  I’ve probably drank more tea in January than I did all of 2013 though.  Generally in late afternoon/evening, I’ll brew a mug, and usually when I’m sitting in my comfy chair, or at my big giant homework table (pictures of BGHT available upon request).

Ten/Rose Dessert!

Rose had gone to bed hours ago. He’d stayed in the console room to get some work done that really needed doing, and she really should get some uninterrupted sleep, anyways.

But when he walked into his room to grab another spanner, the screwdriver slipped from his hand and clattered against the floor, and he stumbled to a stop.

Rose hadn’t gone to bed, despite his urging. She’d been busy the last several hours, by the looks of it.

At least she’d had the forethought to put a cover sheet over the bed.

Even in the dim light of the flickering candles the TARDIS must have given her, his eyes traced the melting lines and swirls of an intricate chocolate design he didn’t think she’d have the patience to do. The interlocking circles and lines swirled across her breast made his teeth hurt just looking at them, even as he recognized the crude Gallifreyan she’d been trying for.

His eyes finished their travel up to her face. Her hair was curled and teased back from her face, blissfully missing all the heavy makeup that drove him to distraction. Instead, a distraction of another kind waited him, and he hardened uncomfortably as he watched the length of a banana disappear between her soft lips and emerge again as she swallowed a bite of it.

“You know,” she simpered at him, the satisfied gleam in her eyes telling him she knew exactly how affected he was, “we never did get dessert .”

8. How often do you listen to music?

Everyday! I know it sounds stupid, but music one of the best things in the world.

15. Do you care if people talk badly about you?

Yup. I know I shouldn’t, but I’ve always wanted to please everyone. It really bothers me A LOT.

22. Is it cute when guys kiss you on the forehead?

Yep! I think so anyway :)
