Almost all of the 17 LGUs in the NCR have suspended classes for today Monday, September 4, 2023, due to the southwest monsoon or #HabagatPH, enhanced by #Typhoon #HannaPH (#Haikui).

Occasional monsoon rains over the western portion of Luzon including NCR and nearby provinces is expected in the next 3 days, says PAGASA.
