good games will have a *FOV (sorry i got messed up) slider, like minecraft, for example. you can always check online but as a rule of thumb, most extremely popular FPS games like COD don’t have the slider
Oh! I didn't know that, actually. I'll have to check it out on some games because there's a lot of first person games I'd like to play but can't. It'd be nice to open up some options. Thank you!

I think so, because third person games that have the camera right on top of the character (narrowing the POV) can also trigger motion sickness (also games with motion blur). I don't usually even try most first person games so I haven't been able to notice if a wider POV helps, though.
