Hi! I saw that your requests were open and was wondering if I could please request Hanzo with an artist s/o who likes to sell at conventions and if he would like to help his s/o out when they are selling there and how he'd help them for example? Thank you in advance and have a good day!
Of course. Sorry I took so long to write this. I was so stressed since October.
Artist Alley
Hanzo x Artist! GN! S/O! Reader
You were pre packing your art for the convention that was happening in the city over from where you and Hanzo live. Hanzo knew you love to sell your art at conventions.
“Y/N, how long will you be gone?”
“I will only be gone from Thursday afternoon to Sunday afternoon. I like to set up on Thursday since there won’t be a lot of people there.”
You finished packing your fourth bag of your art. You then start to pack your clothes. Hanzo sighs.
“You can come to the convention with me if you would like to. They said that I could bring an extra person if I wanted to.”
Silence filled the air as you packed your clothes. After a few minutes you heard another suitcase zipper unzip and you look over to see Hanzo packing his casual clothes. You smile as you finally finished and you two pack the car. Once you two get to the hotel you check in and bring in your luggage. It was Wednesday so you had time to relax before tomorrow.
~Thursday~
You and Hanzo go to the convention center with the four bags of your art and your banner. You and Hanzo get your lanyards and ID’s then you two head to the artist alley. Hanzo was setting up the banner while you set up the table. After you two set up you take a step back to see if you need to fix anything.
“I think it looks nice, Y/N.”
“Thank you, Hanzo.”
He takes it in and realizes that most of your art is based off his dragons. Like the plushies, the prints, the stickers, and the patches. They look similar but don’t look exactly like his dragons. He lets the two little reptiles out and tells them to be careful. You laugh at the two reptiles trying to intimidate the plushies.
~Friday and Saturday~
Hanzo was nervous at first with all of the people coming to your booth. He felt that way because he kept thinking someone would recognize him. You reassured him that no one will because they will probably think he’s just cosplaying as himself. And that’s exactly what happened. He eventually took over the card reader, the prints, and plushies. While you handled the cash, stickers, and patches. You two finally had a break to go eat something.
“I don’t know how you do that by yourself, Y/N. I swear you must have a secret.”
You laugh
“I wish. I think it got easier after a couple of conventions. Like after the 5th or 10th convention. But I think it’s easier with you.”
~Sunday~
Hanzo was happier since it was a chill day. You two ended up selling out of the plushies and prints by the end of the day. Hanzo made sure to take note of what you two didn’t sell. You did take a lot of pictures with your fans. After you two packed up, got your other bags, checked out, and packed the car you were finally going home.
“I think I would love to do that again.”
“You would?”
“Of course. It was fun.”
“Maybe we could do a couples cosplay together for the next one.”
“Maybe. It’s a maybe, Y/N. But right now we need to get home and rest.”
Hello! Would it be okay to request headcanons for Hanzo with a shy s/o? S/o is also more on the reserved side and respects his space, so she doesn't make a move easily. Would Hanzo eventually start showing affection despite his own reserved nature and take the lead or would he wait as well? Thank you in advance!
Oh my god my first Overwatch request!! I'm so excited it's for Hanzo. This man has already become super comforting for me.
I hope you enjoy what I've done! Sorry it isn't very long. Writing this was my reward for doing schoolwork.
Warnings: None really. Genji is a shit and Hanzo is baby. Mega fluffy.
First of all, he thinks you’re the cutest thing to walk this planet. Despite the way his heart races when you smile at him, he can’t help but smile at your instant blush.
Trust me, he knows you have a crush on him. You’re completely obvious.
However, he can’t help but wonder why. In his eyes, he’s a monster that doesn’t deserve someone as special as you. He feels selfish when the thoughts of you being with him cross his mind.
So he refuses to pursue anything no matter how badly he wants to love you. He’s sure you could be with anyone else and have a better person in your life.
When you walk by, or whisper his name so sweetly, he’s reminded just how precious you are.
So how do the two of you get together? That’s a really funny story..
“Oh come on, just say you think he’s handsome! I’m going to vomit if I have to see you staring at the back of his head with those fucking puppy eyes one more time..” Genji makes a fake gagging noise as your face warms considerably.
“Shut up! Geez.. it’s not like he pays any attention to me in the first place. He’s been quick to leave rooms I enter for the past week.”
“I promise it isn’t your fault. Trust me, I know my brother.” He removes his mask, revealing the kind smile you’ve learned to hear. “Just get him alone and-”
Genji pauses, smirking as he sees the man of the hour walking down the hallway. His hands are suddenly on your shoulders, shoving you into a room as he whispers a quick “stay” and rushes off.
You’re completely confused, but stay put as he requested. It doesn’t take long for you to realize what he was planning… because you can hear Hanzo questioning him down the hall.
“Genji, what are you freaking out about?!”
“Hanzo, brother, just follow me! I need you to help me check this room!”
Your eyes shoot open and you back away from where the brothers rush into the room. Hanzo meets your wide eyes with a very confused look. “Y/N? What are you-”
The bedroom door slams shut, and Genji is gone. Hanzo whips around and grabs the doorknob, trying to open it with a growl. “Genji! What is the meaning of this?!”
“I am not opening this door until you tell each other the truth!”
You shake your head, looking down as your face flares red hot. “G-Genji! He’s obviously n-not comfortable!”
Hanzo glances over his shoulder at you, his own cheeks starting to warm slightly. “Don’t concern yourself with me, Y/N. Genji, I am not playing with you!”
“I’m not either! I’m sick of my brother and closest friend tiptoeing around each other because they want to kiss or date or whatever!
Both of you freeze, now meeting each other’s gaze and stuttering.
“I swear your brother-”
“Genji has no idea-”
For two minutes or so, the two of you stutter and interrupt each other, going on until you both go silent, still staring at each other.
Hazno clears his throat. “G-go ahead. I insist.”
You gulp, swallowing down the lump in your throat to manage a few words. “You’ve.. Been avoiding me..”
His heart shatters hearing your words. “N-no! I mean, yes, but not because of you. It’s my fault, Y/N.”
“But why? Did I offend you?”
“No! Because.. Well,” he rubs the back of his neck, “because I think you’re.. Shit.. Y/N I know you have a crush on me.”
You let out a loud squeak, making him jump slightly. “H-how?! GENJI!”
“No no no! I just.. I can tell. Likewise, I have the same feelings for you, but I’m.. I’m scared of hurting you.”
You blink, watching with confusion as he looks away from your gaze. He takes your silence as a question in itself, so he continues.
“I am a monster, Y/N.. you deserve someone with a cleaner past than mine. You don’t want to be with-” He’s cut off as you walk closer and grab one of his hands gently in both of yours.
The smile on your face almost makes his knees buckle under his weight.
“I know your past.. Hanzo, I don’t care.” Your heart races, but you take a deep breath and continue. “I want you, not anyone else.” Your small hand gently runs up his arm, tracing the dragon tattoos on his arm.
He lets out an audible gasp, shivering slightly under your touch. “I.. I’ve never.. Been in a serious relationship.”
“So, if you want to try, we go at your pace. You’re worth it, Hanzo Shimada..”
He bites the inside of his cheek, willing away the distant part of him that wants to cry.
How long has it been… since I’ve felt so in love..
“I.. would like that a lot, Y/N.” He finally opens his hand, allowing you to lace your fingers together.
You let out an excited giggle as you swing your arms gently. “Yay! Now, we can start by eating dinner together… if that’s okay..”
“That sounds lovely, my dear. First-” He grabs the doorknob and finally yanks the door open, revealing a grinning Genji, “I have a little brother to beat.”
The grin is gone, and Genji’s flight mode kicks in as he takes off down the hall, yelling for Cassidy or Winston to save his cyborg ass.
tags: discussion of morality, discussion of death, just a conversation id want to have with hanzo, alcohol mentioned.
synopsis: sometimes the goodness of your heart scares hanzo.
“do you ever think you could kill someone?” hanzo asks you, eyes on his cup of sake. the december air is frigid and cold, as he looks over your silhouette outlined by the light of your balcony he can’t help but think how lovely your chilled cheeks look. you’re drinking tea, you don’t indulge too much in vices - he knows this, finds it admirable of you in a way. you swallow a mouthful of tea - spiced, sweetened and soft in your mouth as you mull over your answer.
you know of hanzo’s past - of the things his hands have done and the orders his tongue have commissioned. you never found it difficult to forgive. the blood that lies in his hands in something that was destined to be inherited just as flowers don’t get to choose where they bloom, children don’t get to choose which families they are born into. it was just poor luck that he was born into the shimada family really. you clear your throat for your answer.
“maybe? i don’t think i could, to be honest.” you reply, your breath misting out of your lips infront of you and hanzo isn’t ashamed to admit he is entrapped by the sight of it. you are beautiful in the way dreams are and he is bewitched by you completely.
“i think i wouldn’t be able to - even if my life was on the line i’d still hesitate.” you stop to blow into your chilled hands, he reaches over to hold them in his much warmer palms. hanzo has trained himself to survive no matter the climate or situation - it’s foolish to think a simple chilly night would be the thing that does him in.
“why? why would you hesitate?” he continues, eyes focused on your joint hands and thinks about how delicate your fingers are in comparison to his. his has a scar on his thumb, an accident with the bow and arrow from his childhood and he traces the beds of your nails almost reverently.
“because if i took this person’s life - even some masked stranger, i don’t think i would care for life the same way anymore. i think, i would slide down a dangerous slope ; if i can put my life above this stranger, someone who is surely loved by someone or something else - what’s stopping me from putting my life over a loved one’s? over a friend’s life, a family member’s life or,” you pause and let your eyes flash up to meet his. as your eyes meet his you are helpless to the awe of how hanzo is so beautiful. the way old willow trees and cobblestone roads are beautiful, from the arch of his brows to the streaks of grey in his beard and temples, you find that in hanzo without much looking.
“or?” he asks, begging you to continue. your break eye contact and look back down at your joint hands. your thumb rubs the bridge of his ring finger.
“or your life.” you finish, unable to meet his gaze as you simply gaze into your tea that is now surely cooled to the point you’ll want to reheat when you go back inside. for now you’ll just gaze at how gently hanzo holds your hand on this cold december night.
“you would put your life over mine?” he whispers, almost shocked by your admission. you peer up at him only to nod and bringing up a hand to hide your flustered expression.
“if we were in danger i would want you to live - no matter the cost. which is why i don’t think i could bear it, to become someone who can put my life above someone else’s. i always want to be the person that would always want you to live and to be safe. even if it’s without me.” you finished, tightening your hold on his hand and hanzo does not say anything, not for a while.
you’re okay with that. the two of you sit there, letting the wind and the moon accompany you two for a moment. the stars glimmer and the silence is broken by the man that holds your hand like a lifeline.
“you astound me with the goodness of your heart. it is near limitless and that frightens me.” he confesses and you hum, bringing his hand that you held to your lips to press a faint kiss to each finger.
“i have never met someone like you before - never in my life. i worry that one day, i’ll commit an act that frightens you and that you will run from me.”
his voice is quiet at the end, a whisper on the wind that blows gently around you. he watches as the hand you held is brought to your lips and you kiss the knuckles now, looking at him from over the ridges of his fingers. you hold his gaze kindly and softly.
“that will never happen, not ever hanzo. i will always be at your side even if you don’t think you deserve me to be.” you words are not whispers on the wind they are promises are clear as a spring of water and chime like the wind chimes you had at your aunt’s home growing up. his throat feels closed up, the sting in his eyes tells the tale of tears and he only nods, looking away from you unless he starts to cry from your beauty.
you smile, as kindly as you always do for him.
“let’s get inside. it’s cold.”
he nods and lets you pull him inside your warm apartment.
Imainge hanzo coming home expecting to get a nice little nap with his darling and maybe be hand fed by said little lover after texting you about his bad day, only to be greeted with you ecstatic form basically skipping up to him with a welcoming kiss before dragging him off with you not even giving him time to take off his coat
As tired as hanzo is he couldnt be happier to see you so giddy to have him back, guiding him through the hallways talking about how proud you are for being able to make something like this on such short notice. Before he even gets a chance to ask what you were talking about you nudge him into the dimmed bathroom with a gleeful whisper of "surprise!", gesturing to all the little rose petals floating around in the still steaming bath water and a rubber ducky hidden within soap bubbles along with little fake candles rimming the tub
The entirety of this moment was the most blissful thing hanzo has ever felt, the tranquil aroma mixed in with a quick sweet kiss from you as you walk out saying youll be back with more additions to your gift once he gets settled in
Youll be pressed against him with bare skin along his own covered in the warm heavenly water having hanzo sip sake from your glass, basking in your tracing touches as he does so. Holding you close by your waist letting his head rest against your shoulder
Hanzo will treasure this moment until the bath water turns cold, kissing across your skin while helping you out of the tub only slightly dazed from the alcohol
Youll spend the rest of the night combing your hands through hanzos hair listening to the muffled moans of gratitude against your chest, barely dress while embracing you closer shifting underneath the covers of your shared bed
Expect him to cling to you hours after waking up together, feeling lingering bliss from last night wanting to be spoiled just a bit more via your touches
It was a cold day in Hanamura when Genji and Hanzo were walking outside the castle , heavily guarded with security, observing the cherry trees in the snow . Enjoying the cold wind running through his dark hair , his ears witnessed something . A muffled sob was coming from on top of the small mountain above them . He usually likes to stay out of anything that isn't clearly his own business but it was his guard which went after the sounds and Hanzo’s curiosity that made him follow . The top of the mountain offered a marvelous view of this picture perfect Japanese winter , and a bench for two , but there was only one, using it . A petite girl, not rich in size was sitting in the cold alone , face covered with her hands , as her arms shiver in the cold of the night. Her legs were barely covered with this short gown she called a skirt and her shoulders merely mantled by a thin satin shirt. As their steps began coming closer so did the sound of their feet rise and the girl noticed them , jumping from fear , as she recognized the young dragon . "I-Im sorry I didn't do anything . I'll go". As her face was uncovered , a smudged line of khol was framing her eyes and fear was the only clearly visible trait , marking the angel like visage of the young woman . "You don't have to apologize or be afraid . We didn't come to harm you or make you go away. We were simply coming to follow the noise we heard." Her shoulders sunk in relieve and she tried to wipe off the ruined makeup and her tears in unison but failed . "Yes , that was probably me sir ." Hanzo breathed out heavily, holding back a laugh. "Please, call me Hanzo not sir . Not yet." He turned around and gestured his security man to give him a handkerchief. As he was holding it in one hand he slowly approached the girl . "May I ?" She nodded , blushing . She wasn't scared anymore at all, naive as she was. Softly , his fingers layers on her chin and raised it , so he could easily wipe off the smudged makeup , something had caused by making her cry. His touch was gentle , yet he was successful to clean the girls face . As she was waiting for him to finish , his facial features began to mesmerize her into staring at him . He was a prince after all and he definitely suited that title . As he was done , his guard took the handkerchief and made his way down the stairs. "Tell Genji he can go home already if he wants , I'll stay " His guard bowed down and left . "Thanks for your kind gesture si- I mean , Hanzo." "That's nothing you have to thank me for , now tell me , why are you here alone ? In the middle of the night ? It is dangerous." The girls face lowered shamefully , obviously embarrassed to speak . "I came to meet someone but ..." "But ?" "He never came.." she sighed. Hanzo was a man of his word and believed that it's staying true to your words , what made a man respectable. He took that mindset over from his father and despised Genji for not doing so as well. "Is that man your boyfriend ?" Hanzo asked confidently, ignoring the intimacy of said question. "No but I wanted him to be . I confessed to him yesterday and he told me to come here if I wanted his answer. " "That man obviously is not true to what he says and therefore is not worthy of your time , I suggest you forget him." The girl began to giggle and then immediately covered her mouth. "You're right but , it's not that easy you know ." Hanzo nodded . When he was younger his mother told him many stories, including romantic ones . That is where he learned to respect others and their feelings, and how hard it is to let go. "Don't you think your parents are worried ?" The girl bit her lip. "They don't know I am here." "So you basically snuck out ? And why are you dressed so immodestly for this weather. You must be freezing . " Embarrassed the girl squeezed her thighs together and rubbed her upper arms. "I was going to meet my crush so .. I thought I should ... Dress nice so he likes me ." She raised her head and suddenly felt a warm heaviness cover her shoulders. She looked down and saw herself covered in the jacket of the young prince , suddenly feeling barely any cold. The man himself was standing in front of her , his chest now covered by a black t shirt so right , his arm muscles closer than ever to rip it open with every movement . "Thank you a lot again .... But now you are cold , that isn't right." Hanzo took her tiny hand from under the sleeve and guided her towards the bench under the tree. "You should worry about yourself first , I train in this weather daily , this cold doesn't do anything to me. " They sat down next to each other, the girl now cozy warm, watching the snow petals fall on her home town. "It's a shame someone had the chance to love you and let it go like that. Besides , if your clothing had any importance to him , he wouldn't have been the right one anyway." The man's deep voice and the words sent a shiver down her body, as kinder words had never been spoken to her, in a matter like this . "I wish more guys were as kind as you. You truly are a man anyone could dream of. " Her own words made her blush, as she realized what direction it was taking . It took her a moment, to gather her courage and look at him , to see his response to her words. She looked at him and he turned to her, granting her a smile so short, it was barely noticeable if you were to stand further away from him than her. The smile was only meant for her after all. "It makes me happy that you think of me like this . It flatters me." Hanzo put his arm around her and pulled her closer. "You must still be cold, we should go home soon before you catch something." "Yes you're right but ,...." Leaning onto his chest , the girl had nothing to complain about . The cold of her legs forgotten as her body was shielded with the warmth of his, covering her in a bubble of warmth and protection, a feeling she had been longing for and asked for but was left, without response. "But?" He asked The girl let out a sigh. She didn't want to talk , she was scared that the more they talked the quicker she'd be home , alone in her bed again in her room, that felt so cold and lonely. "I don't want to go yet. I'm sorry if I'm selfish , this feels ...so nice ." She closed her eyes and tried to enjoy the moment while it lasted, expecting him to leave her out cold and order her to go home any moment, but she was wrong . "If that is what you wish ." Hanzo pulled her tighter and rested his chin on top of her head . Surrounded by snow and silence , the newfound lovebirds didn't move for a long time before the girl herself decide to speak. "Hanzo ... Have you ever been in love ?" He took his head from hers , allowing her to look at him while he answered. "No." She opened her mouth in surprise but had nothing to say. "Not yet." He smiled . A tight feeling surrounded the girls heart , making it flutter . Her heartbeat rapidly increasing as she suddenly felt his lips , pressed on her forehead . The girl rested her head on his shoulder as a response, unable to look him in the eyes after his lovely gesture .
Description: You and Hanzo have settled down in Hanamura after your Overwatch days are over. Since he’s been so busy trying to unite his clan once more, you two haven’t been spending as much time together. Tonight, however, goes delightfully not according to plan.
You wandered sleepily down the hall, a glass of wine in hand. Warm light flowed from Hanzo’s work room down farther. You snuck around the archway, padding lightly across the bamboo flooring. The large room held nothing more than a rectangular table in the center surrounded by long red pillows. Candles of all shapes and sizes dotted the corners of the table, a feather pen catching the flickering light as it wound delicately around the parchment beneath it. You smiled dreamily at the image of your husband kneeling with his back to you, working to complete the task at hand, not a bit of his mind drifting. He hadn’t even taken the time to change from his gi to something more comfortable.
“Do you need something, love?” he asked, not so much as a stammer in his writing.
You swirled your wine around in its oversized globe. “I was just letting you know I’m retiring for the night.” You moved closer to him. You wondered whether the interruption was welcome.
“Mm.” He dipped his quill in the inkwell beside his parchment and continued. His work had absolutely absorbed him. You pitied him as you imagined him sitting down first thing in the morning to start his project. Deciding he needed to be rescued for the night, you knelt down behind him, placing one hand on his shoulder and letting the other drape over his chest, the glass pressing against his collarbone. His arm tensed up when he stopped writing.
“Breathe,” you reminded him. You placed a tender kiss on the nape of his neck.
Hanzo released a sigh. He relinquished possession of the pen to the inkwell and stretched out his fingers. “What time is it?”
You shrugged, resting your head against his back. “Eleven-thirty. Maybe later.”
“And yet I am still not finished.” He relaxed back into you slightly. “I despise contracts.”
You chuckled lightly. “Here,” you said, guiding the stem of the glass into his hand. “Drink.” At first he hesitated, but once you began rubbing circles into his shoulders with your thumbs, he raised the wine to his lips and let it linger a moment.
You kept your hands on him, gently switching from the base of his neck to his shoulders and down along his spine. He drained your glass rather quickly and, with a great sigh, he placed it on the table and melted into your fingers. He had been so tense lately, tracking down his family’s old connections and convincing them to rejoin for a better cause. Some days he was so frustrated he would lock himself in his work room so as not to upset you. Others, he worked religiously on formal contracts and invitations and letters until his hands were numb. Between those days and the weeks at a time he would spend out on liaison work, you two had not been spending much time together.
“Anata,” he whispered. “You are too good for me.”
“Nonsense.” You slid your arms around his waist. “You’ve been working yourself to death. You deserve this.”
Hanzo placed a hand over yours. “You smell wonderful. What are you wearing?”
You laughed. “Incense and a shower. Oh, and that red you just drank. Lots of it.”
“Lots?” he asked. He turned his head slightly. “I hope you saved some for me.”
“I’ll go grab the bottle,” you murmured into his ear. But before you could get all the way to your feet, he had his arms wrapped around your waist. He pulled you into his lap and held you tightly. Both of you laughed, the smell of a sweet, warm red wine intoxicating the space between you. You rested your head beneath his chin for a long while. You loved just being with him. It had been so long since he last held you so. His fingers traced lines up and down your sides, gliding along the silk robe that covered you like water. His beard tickled your forehead when he nuzzled your hair and kissed you ever so lightly.
“I am sorry, (Y/N).”
You looked up at him, puzzled. “Why?”
His face fell. “I have not been as attentive as I should be. You deserve much more than I have been able to give you. For that, I am sorry.”
You shook your head and lifted your hand to his cheek. His hazel eyes looked down at you sadly, the permanent frown on his face even more drawn than usual. “Hanzo, nobody is keeping score. You have a job that takes up a lot of your time. Is it frustrating? Of course.” You sat up farther from him, his hands falling to your hips. You took his face in your hands. “But so did Overwatch. And we’re still figuring this whole domestic thing out. So please, give yourself some time. For me.”
His eyes fluttered downward. “I suppose.”
“I love you, Hanzo. You are always loving and wonderful to me. I wouldn’t trade you for anything.”
The corner of his mouth turned. He held your gaze once more. “Thank you. I love you.” You smiled and pulled him into a kiss. He slid his hands to the small of your back and pressed you into him, until there was barely enough room to breathe.
“I miss you,” he mumbled.
You smiled, hooking your arms around his neck. You nibbled at his earlobe and whispered, “How about that bottle?”
He grinned devilishly. His eyes narrowed. “Oh, how you tease me.”
“I’ll be right back.” You stood and twirled around, attempting to make a show of it. You stumbled into the doorway, however, making you realize exactly how drunk you already were.
Hanzo chuckled. “Stunning.”
You shot him a look over your shoulder. “Hush.” You giggled to yourself as you made your way down the hall and down the stairs. You banged around in the kitchen until you found the wine rack on the counter. You lifted the bottle to the moonlight coming in from the window. You were barely able to read the label. You had grabbed one of Hanzo’s bottles of sake by accident. You were going to put it back, but you decided to get your husband drunk instead. You pulled two small ceramic cups and a matching jug from the upper cabinet, pouring the contents of the sake into the jug, and headed back up to Hanzo’s work room.
In your absence, he had cleared the table of his papers and lit another bundle of incense. He greeted you with a kiss at the doorway, skillfully swiping everything from your hands, and placed everything on the table.
“You can smell sake from a mile away,” you stated, amused.
Hanzo grunted. He knelt on the scarlet pillow and patted the seat beside him. “Come.”
You raised an eyebrow, but complied. He raised a finger to his lips as you opened your mouth. He poured the clear wine into each dark green cup and placed the jug back on the table. With a stoic look on his face, he plucked his drink from the table and said, “This is a sipping wine, (Y/N). You must treat it with respect.”
Your eyebrow raised up further than before, your lips coming to a confused pout.
Hanzo paused. A smile cracked on his face before he broke out in laughter. He leaned his elbow on the table and draped his free arm over his knee. It was wonderful to see him so relaxed. You laughed, shaking your head, as you reached for your drink.
“This seems rather strong,” Hanzo commented. He narrowed his eyes at you. “(Y/N)… are you trying to get me drunk?”
You shrugged, looking off to the side. You sipped on your sake. He was right--you almost coughed it up. “Of course not, love. Why would I do such a thing?”
The both of you laughed. You talked for hours, hearts fluttering like you were getting to know each other for the first time again. You were especially excited as Hanzo was never one for extended periods of gossip. He had certainly grown more comfortable with you since you met, but he had his days of isolation and coldness. He was very warm, to say the least. He grew warmer as the sake disappeared. You made sure to refill his cup as often as you could.
“Anata,” he stated, suddenly very serious. “I want you…” He searched for words. “I believe that was it. Yes.” He waited patiently for a response.
You giggled behind your hand. “You… want me?”
He nodded, his stoic look dissolving into a gooey smile. He groped for your hips and pulled you into him, knocking his head against yours. “Yes,” he muttered, peppering kisses from your temple to your lips. You closed your eyes as his musky, sake-tinted scent washed over you. He playfully bit at your bottom lip. You kissed him harder as you reached up and pulled his ribbon free, his dark hair falling down to his chin. The little tufts of gray still remained standing above his ears.
His hands soon became greedy. They roughly pushed your robe off and tugged you up on his hips as he fell backwards. They yanked at the edges of your nightgown, wanting so desperately for permission to rip it off. You took your time getting back to him, however, merely flicking your tongue against his lips and very subtly brushing against the bulge forming below.
Hanzo groaned as he grabbed fistfulls of your dress. You laughed against his lips and quickly moved to his neck, where you bit down hard. He arched his back, cursing at you beneath his breath, but wasted no time in pulling your nightgown over your head and tossing it aside. His hands found your ass and grabbed it hard. He pushed you down into him, his bulge throbbing beneath you.
You pulled your lips away from him, panting. “Am I the only one who gets to be naked tonight?”
He tucked some stray hair behind your ear. “You are so beautiful.”
Shocked, you were unsure of what to say. “I… oh, Hanzo…”
Hanzo threw you onto the ground beside him, getting a squeal out of you, and pressed his lips to yours yet again. “Never second best.” He winked at you with an evil grin. He pulled the ribbon from around his waist and tossed his gi to the side along with his gloves. You ran your hands up his chest and around his neck as he came in for another kiss. You wrapped your legs around his hips. Then, without so much as a grunt, Hanzo stood with you stuck to the front of him. He slammed you up against the wall, your hands in his hair, while he undressed himself further. His pants dropped to the floor and he fell back down on his back, making the both of you laugh.
You moaned as he nibbled at your neck. His hands traveled around your back and unhooked your bra. He tore it off of you and began kissing his way down to your chest. You grabbed fistfulls of his hair as his tongue got busy. You drove your hips up into him and released a loud moan. He chuckled, obviously pleased with himself.
“Hanzo,” you groaned. “Please.”
He hovered above you again. “Yes, love?”
“Don’t make me,” you whimpered. “I’m too drunk for this.”
Hanzo kissed you sweetly on the lips. He nuzzled the hair beside your ear. “I will wait,” he whispered.
You sighed. You dug your nails into his back, gyrating your hips, and begged him to fuck you. Breathlessly, Hanzo pulled both sets of underwear off and yanked your legs up around his waist. He filled you on the first thrust, extracting a lustful moan from your throat. He kept one hand down to tease your clit, using the other to hold himself up. He watched you as your eyes shut and you let yourself melt into the motions.
“(Y/N),” he growled, nipping at your neck. You scratched his back and moaned his name. Soon your labored breaths were all you could concentrate on. You grunted each other’s names over and over again until your walls closed around him and you screamed his name louder than ever before.
You collapsed beside each other on the bamboo floor, slick with sweat and panting.
Maybe the reader has a similar power to his, but instead of just shooting the animal spirt out a people… the reader transforms into their spirt, though the down side with is… their spirt form stays for some time, sometimes a few minutes, or maybe longer. But it’s made where the reader has accidentally scared others when they saw their spirt form.
It slowly made them see their spirt form as a monster, so when ever they turn into their spirit form, and are done fighting… they hide, anywhere, just to make it where no one can get frightened by it. They just wait for this form to go away, but maybe one day… a fellow overwatch member finds out about this?
( I personally think of the reader’s spirt being an animal someone would find dangerous from first glance, but it turns out the animal would only hurt you if they had a reason and not just out of thrill of the hunt- something that is on outside terrifying, but on the inside sweet and maybe even a bit timid )
I had a lot of fun with this one actually. I hope you enjoy!
Warnings: Mentions of fighting, blood, and at one point scared children. Hanzo is a v understanding friend.
Heavy panting fills the air. You look around, noticing how the other people on your team instantly check on each other.
Next to you, your spirit animal, a wyvern, lets out a growl. You take hold of her wing, rushing away from the team before they can look over and notice her still out.
You run down an alley, leaning against the brick building before you slowly slide down. Your trust spirit tilts her head, walking over to lay in your lap. At this point, she’s roughly the size of a medium dog.
“It’s alright.. Just calm down.”
You can see the way her misty eyes look worriedly at you. “Hey, no looking at me like that.” You hope your smile comes off as comforting. “This is normal for us. Just relax until you can go back to your place, okay?”
Truth be told, you have no idea why she doesn’t disappear the moment you leave battle. You’ve seen how Genji and Hanzo’s dragons are quick to leave their sides, but your little childhood friend has always been rather stubborn in that aspect.
You run your hand over her head as she closes her eyes. Despite her frightening appearance, you know that she’s a very sweet animal. She’s only attacked under your command, but she would only ever do it if someone tried to hurt you.
“Y/N? There you-”
Your animal jumps up, blocking you as she lets out a deep snarl. You can see smoke going through her nostrils.
The sight makes Hanzo back away slightly.
“N-no! Hey girl,” you grab her tail tightly, “Hanzo is good! He won’t hurt us!”
At your words, she relaxes. Once she stares your friend down for a little longer, she turns and goes back to your lap.
Hanzo clears his throat a little. “I umm.. I was worried about you, so I decided to sneak off and look for you. Is everything alright?”
“Yeah! I just.. She scares people, so I had to take her away before someone noticed.”
He hums, now lowering himself so he’s sitting across the alley from you. Your wyvern lets out a small whimper, staring at him with narrowed eyes.
“Is she a dragon?”
“Close enough. She’s a wyvern. See?” You point out how she stands exclusively on her back legs. “People tend to run away when they see her.. She’s made many kids cry, so I’ve kind of-”
“Gotten used to hiding her away? Yeah,” he nods, “I understand.”
His soft smile seems to rub off onto your face. “And for some reason she rarely goes back as quickly as your dragons. Most of the time, she tends to stick around for a few minutes afterwards.”
“My dragons come out when we’re alone. They’re a little smaller than she is right now when they do, but they like to sleep in the bed.” He chuckles lightly. “If you’re worried, she doesn’t frighten me. I feel better knowing you didn’t walk away to bleed out anywhere or something.”
Your small laugh gently shakes your body. “No.. I just didn’t want anyone to worry about her sticking around. Are you.. Going to go back to them?”
He hums, leaning his head back onto the wall. “No. I think I’ll sit with you until she deems you safe.. If that’s alright.”
Something about his words make you blush lightly. “Yeah.. thank you, Hanzo.”
You should fight me in a uno game ima beat your ass… in the most friendly way possible
Playing the uno game allowing pairs hanzo just can’t help but laugh a bit struggling to muffle it as you slowly look up from the pile to stare at him absolutely enraged at what he put down “how dare you plus 8 me, I’ll make you pick up the whole fucking deck Hanzo”
In one way or another hanzos going to pick up more cards than his hands can ‘hand‘le, being under the gaze of the victorious gleam in your eyes with a devilish smile
In all honesty hanzo absolutely loves playing these time consuming games with you, more than willing to spend majority of his free time watching you express yourself in such a outgoing way even if your not playing the game only with him
There are absolutely days where Hanzo is 100% into the uno game, fighting agaisnt you just as hard as you are him, multiple cancels, reverses, and plus twos stacked ontop of eachother as you groan out absolutely exhausted how he just don’t seem to quit
A hour passes while you’re both still on the same exact round, sighing out as you reshuffle the deck for the sixth time “This is what happens when a unstoppable force meets a unmoveable object”
Your bets truely entertain him, enjoying both the silly agreements you make with your friends and the possibility of things he can make you do and how he might be able to take this to his advantage
Saying that if he wins a game you need to stay home with him even if you’ve already made plans, or that you have to smother him in every romantic way he lists if he beats you
Of course the same goes for him, having to hold up his side of the bargain that you’ve probably made absolutely silly if he happens to lose
(a bit of this was based off of today’s game of uno, thank you to those barers of wrath that played today)
