Ever have those moments where you just look around and feel so blessed no matter what’s going on? . I honestly have those moments multiple times a day. Often times while spending time with my animal companions. 🐾💚 . Yes, dealing with very serious health issues over the last 12 years brings things into perspective for certain yet I feel as though I have always found great happiness and gratitude in the simple moments. These moments ground me and bring me great joy. . Yes this is my reality too...Chronic illness. An Ostomy (aka Daisy who saved my life🌼). Alopecia universalis from medical infusions. Brain lesions. Blown out veins. Fatigue. Autoimmune diseases. Being brought to my knees in all areas of your life. YET...🌀 . I feel more happy than ever. Thankful. Alive. Centered. . Looking into my rescue dog Finnegan’s 🐶☘️ eyes makes my heart full. The sunshine ☀️ Nature 🌸The grass. The air. The ocean. New opportunities. New relationships. A new day. 🌈 . I’m so grateful for it all. The good, the challenging and everything in between. . Bottom line is I’m just so happy to still be here. In this moment right now no matter what comes about, I feel grateful. Finnegan does too. We have each other and that alone means more to me than many understand. Animal lovers understand, look in his eyes and you see true gratitude and love, it’s the purest love around 🙏🏽🌀💚 Blessed. . . . #saturdaymood #gratitude #happinessmaker #spiralup #inthemoment #bewell #dogood #fearLESS #whoami #ostomy #au #autoimmune #yougotthis #rescuedog #animallovers #healing #ilovemydog #animalsheal #dogsmile (at Connecticut) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bxmd2s-lXEa/?igshid=1gb16k89t127c
