For some smoldering alternative meets electronic pop sound, we turn to a new band from London named TEDDY. Their name came from a play on the duo’s names (Tom & Eddy), and their debut song, Happy Tim (curiously enough none of them are named Tim) is a synthwavey song with smatterings of Depeche Mode new wave, hints of Wild Beasts artfulness, slivers of Years & Years R&B, and bits of Grimes' whimsical production. There’s something undeniably addicting about the flushed song.

Allium: What’s the best thing you can cook?

My Butter chicken is off the hook! it is so good. Its my go to dish. Or Nachos, i love mexican food and my Nachos are good but very spicy.

Rose: Are you currently in love with someone?

No, i dont like to get my hopes up because i usually get hurt.

Locust: What was your favorite book as a child?

When i was little books like Thomas the Tank Engine, but the first book series that i fell in love with that started my book obsession was the Percy Jackson series when i was like 8.

Daffodil: What’s the most thoughtful present you’ve ever received?

Pretty much if you put thought into it, i love it. Like im obsessed with Pokemon so this year my friends got me some Pokemon Stamps, which was so thoughtful of them .Doesn’t have to be expensive with me. Also cool wrapping paper is awesome, I  still have some from like 3 years ago lol. I dont like telling people what to get me, i like the surprise.

Rhododendron: What’s the scariest dream you’ve ever had?

I dont usually have scary dreams, if i do i don’t remember them, but when i was younger i had dreams that would make me mentally feel physical pain when there was none which is pretty scary. In another dream Cruella De Vil was like the piped piper walking past followed my a lot of Dalmatians.
