Kicks & Fighting. We started off with some solid cardio work. 2 rounds of 5:00 jump rope then 10x laps around the floor. Then circle of friends. Some solid kicks.
We then paired up and worked on some rounds of sparring. Then did another circle and then some dead man drills. I got mine in too :)
