TWO MORE DAYS UNTIL AMSTERDAM

i wish anyone could understand how important this city is to me. how many important and poignant memories i’ve made there. how much i’ve had to go through to be able to still be so in love with it. how much it’s taking me to go back again.

it’s been 3 years since i last went and i used to go 3x a year. it’s not just the whole covid thing that stopped me, there’s more to it than that. being able to go back there is healing myself and my heart. i’m so in love with everything about it.

the last time i went was a beginning and also an end, i just didn’t realise how much. i wish i could share it with that person again, it was always our thing but i’m thankful to be able to make new, better, happier memories there.

i hope one day i can share them with that person again.
