SCAB EATER "s/t" 7" out now, split release between HARDCORE VICTIM and BLOW BLOOD
"...We play catchy slam HC with a crusty/raw punk vibe. Blown out and noisy, but not in the over-the-top fashion a title such as "raw punk" connotates. In other words you can hear what's going on riff-wise. There's fucking loads of chorus effect on my guitar sound, which people seem to think is relatively unique to our band but I'm not quite sure about that. The vocals are of the barking variety. We are influenced highly by both old and new USHC, and also several of the UK 'classics' (you work it out). Occasional metal guitar moments... if I'm allowed to smuggle them into the songs. A lot of the songs are mid-paced numbers. The idea we started with was to write highly danceable HC for filthy punks, not well-groomed morons and the severely meat headed."

And I still have yet to fully change out of my Hogwarts uniform. Granted I did go see the movie again, yet here I am, seconds away from serious slumber (blogging about such slumber), and I'm still in my dress shirt and Ravenclaw tie. I feel like there's something wrong with me. I know I should fully change out of it, and I know that I can put these things on whenever I want to, but a part of me still feels that if I take it off now it cements something in my brain. Something that I've been secretly denying is cold hard fact: I will never see another HP midnight premiere.
Needless to say, I'm not coping well. *le sigh* Oh well, this all ends tomorrow when I have to get ready for something other than seeing Harry Potter. Although, I must admit, I'm really not quite sure what to do with my days anymore. I know I sound over-dramatic, and while I do have a flare for the dramatics, this statement is all too accurate. Purpose, please find a place in my life again it deeply misses your presence. I am officially pathetic.
