There’s no Torchwood Four because we don’t need that many teams!!! I mean, we have 35 completed surveys, which is about 30 more than I thought we were going to have. If we get over 40, MAYBE we can add Torchwood Four?! Where even is Torchwood Four. My brain is fried because of school and I cannot remember for the life of me where it is.
