i keep thinking about this too. our experience as white migrants from western europe is vastly different to the people being threatened with deportation in the U.S. right now, and it makes me so angry.

urgh im really upset about him bc i love the illuminae file a lot. it’s a good reminder that even though YA is getting more and diverse there are still a lot of issues that have to be addressed
