Anyone remember this show?
I think it was called Showtimes? I swear it aired on Nickelodeon in like 2007. Now that I think about it, it could have been on Adult Swim? There were some scary scenes unfit for kids, though I don't remember what exactly scared me about it. I was 4 when I first watched it, so I could have been vastly overreacting lolol
These are the only screenshots I can seem to salvage. If anyone else remembers this show, do you also get weird headaches? Every time I try to think back on the specifics it's like I get this hole in my vision, like when you look at an eclipse.

Had this idea for a while but procrastinated on it for like 2 months. Good excuse to attempt drawing more scary stuff
He continued gagging, and only then did I seem to realize he was choking on something. My mind raced, my face paling with dread. If I didn't do something, he could be seriously hurt. I put a shaky hand to the floor, weighing my options and trying to encourage myself to help him. Before I could muster the courage to leave my hiding spot beneath the bookstore's table, a loud heaving sound caused a lump to form in my throat.
Feverishly, Dorian let out a keening moan and clawed at his throat, then dug his fingers past his teeth. I stifled a gasp as something black seeped from his mouth. It slowly pushed itself past his teeth and slipped from his tongue, and he squeezed it tight with his hands and pulled upward. His throat seemed to throb as this long black mass was pulled from it. As he squeezed the top of the mass, I felt my lip quiver, my eyes refusing to leave it.
A viper. He was pulling a black viper out of his body, his eyes rolling back as this writhing creature was birthed from his throat, seemingly blocking any oxygen he could gasp in. The snake was held tightly in his grip as it hissed and snapped its teeth at the air.
I’m ashamed to admit it. I began to cry, despite my entire body telling me to run away. I just wanted it to end. Helplessly, I covered my eyes and waited for the sounds to subside.
Suddenly, there was complete and total silence. I cautioned a glance upward to where Dorian stood, and was met with his face mere inches away from my own, smiling with a wicked glee.
“It’s a neat trick, isn’t it?” He giggled.
I screamed loud enough to wake the dead while Dorian dotingly cooed to the snake that rested on his shoulders.
