I’ve been practicing Deborah gorgeous song ‘The Nightingale’ which is well suited for my vocal range. My teacher Sylvia has been wonderfully encouraging, though I’m finding it challenging to sing and play at the same time. It’s been years since my last voice lesson, but I can still sight-read most pieces. I can sing the song and play the song, however once I try to do both, it become a bit of a mess. My age is proportional to the size of my iPad. I was getting headaches squinting at the teeney tiny notes 🎶and Sylvia (my harp teacher) and a friend who is an ophthalmologist said 'get a bigger iPad'. I have to admit, they were absolutely right.
