Izashin/shinzaya headcanon #46 – Izaya eats apples whenever Shinra annoys him...
Shinra: if this is an attempt to keep me away, might I remind you that I'm not actually a certified doctor!
Izaya: really? That's not what your business card says...
Shinra: alright, touché. But still there's a glaring flaw to your cutesy-little apple plan.
Izaya: is that so...
Shinra: well sure! Because instead of keeping me away it could have opposite reaction. Rather, it could lure me into your beautiful garden of Eden, to which you, being the snake that you are, might further tempt and entice me to commit sinful-ACK!!
Izaya: funny, it seems my cutesy-little plan is perfectly effective, if I throw it, that is.
