But regardless, I am actually quite curious about what you actually think of a Potter sister being shipped with him. I'd say the most famous hp oc is the concept of Harry having a twin, or sibling, and if his twin/sibling is a girl she always gets shipped with Malfoy which makes me really wish there actually was a Potter girl in canon around the golden trio age ngl. She'd definitely get the Hermione treatment ten times more.
So what do you think about it? I doubt Rowling would have ever taken that route if she had written Harry a twin sister, but it's interesting regardless. She'd definitely be sorted into Gryffindor if she had made it canon, but she's always a Slytherin in my mind (who'd definitely get bullied) (which would be a interesting dynamic to expand on considering the abuse from the Dursley).
So! Your thoughts? You're always my go-to with Draco related stuff, and I don't know if it'd be ooc for his character to fall for Harry's twin/sibling/whatever.

Sooo to make it easy, I’ll divide my answer in parts because this topic is so complicated. (Sorry that's long)
Part I – The Twin Dilemma
So… making Harry have a twin in canon is incredibly complicated.
His entire character is built on those early years of being isolated, neglected, bullied, and starved of affection.
That “raised in a cupboard” loneliness is the foundation of the Harry we know.
Now… where exactly would a twin sister fit into that?
If she lived with him at Privet Drive, then what?
Two kids shoved in a cupboard? Two kids starved, ignored, punished?
Possible, sure, but it immediately undermines that defining isolation Harry has.
The story changes if he grows up with a companion, someone who shares the trauma, someone to whisper to at night, someone who understands him before Hogwarts even begins.
And if she didn’t live with him?
If she was raised elsewhere?
Then we’re adding an entire subplot, which, well, gets complicated and... pointless?
So yes, it’s doable, but already bending canon quite a lot.
Then there’s the prophecy problem.
It specifically speaks of a boy, so narratively she’d be untouched by the chosen one arc. But Voldemort still broke into the house intending to kill everyone.
If there was a twin in a crib right next to Harry, would Voldemort just… ignore her?
Probably not. She’d be collateral damage.
Unless you do some VERY creative writing gymnastics.
So as much as I love the concept, it’s definitely a challenge.
Part II – Her House Sorting -“Potter-but-not-that-Potter.
For me it’s not even a debate: she’d be a Slytherin. One hundred percent.
Harry himself was a 50–50 split between Gryffindor and Slytherin. The Sorting Hat literally says he’d do well in Slytherin. The traits were there from the start.
Now imagine a girl raised in the same environment of neglect and psychological starvation.
And then add the spicy part:
She arrives at Hogwarts and discovers she’s a witch, great yuhuu, but at the same time discov ers that her twin brother is the most famous child in the entire wizarding world.
Tell me an eleven-year-old wouldn't feel a bit of burn.
Even if she adores him, even if they’re close, there would be jealousy.
There would be that instant sense of being the shadow, the accessory, the “Potter-but-not-that-Potter.”
That alone would send her straight to Slytherin.
Not because she’s evil, not because she’s power-hungry in a cartoonish way, but because she has a point to prove.
To herself, to the world, maybe even to Harry.
Also, twins tend to be complementary. If Harry leans into Gryffindor traits she’d naturally slide into the cooler, more calculating side of their shared personality spectrum.
Where Harry is reactive, she’d be strategic.
Where Harry rushes in, she’d stand back and assess.
Where Harry wants to save the world, she wants to survive it.
It just fits for me.
Part III – The Slytherin Dynamics
Oh, she’d be bullied. One hundred percent.
She’d be ostracised, excluded from study groups, whispered about, shoved in corridors, hexed during class, blamed for things she didn’t do.
It would be lonely and isolating.
All that while watching her brother succeed in friendship so easily in Gryffindor while she’s eaten alive by her own House.
But teenagers change and I think the hardship would be her personality.
After crying in bathrooms, skipping meals, feeling unwanted,she’d level out into a cold, untouchable, stoic coolness Slytherin.
Badass, the way a see it.
And will just make peace with the fact that Harry is Harry, and that none of that diminishes her.
Part IV – Would Draco Actually Fall for Her (Without Breaking Character)?
Short answer:
Yes, but not easily, not quickly
She is propably at first the simplest kid ever in manners and looks, with zero magical knowledge, poise or anything interesting at all and Canon Draco would look at her a s a stray, being the magic aristrocat he is.
So the version where he takes one look at her and swoons?
Absolutely not.
But the later version of her, the grown up Slytherin, emotionally unavailable, cold-edged, painfully quiet Potter girl who’s been bullied into steel, she’s exactly the type of person Draco would be fascinated by in a way he hates at first.
Draco is, at his core, more emotionally fragile than he pretends.
He hates being laughed at,h ates losing status or being exposed.
And here’s this girl who’s been ostracised by her own House, and instead of crying like she used to, she just raises an eyebrow, genuinely unbothered. If anything, she looks ready to hex someone
I think that would drive him crazy.
And theeen... the fact that she doesn't even look at him.
She learned, early, that eye contact with Draco’s crowd only brought trouble.
And now the habit is permanent. She ignores them all with surgical precision. She doesn’t accidentally meet his gaze even once, like if they were part of the furniture.
She would'nt even glance at him while Winning the bloody Quidditch Cup!
Infuriating.
There’s nothing Draco hates more than someone who refuses to feed his ego.
She’d barely acknowledge his existence unless he forced her to.
Also, bonus points:, I think she’d grow into a Lily-type.
If Harry mirrors James in the reckless, heroic way, she’d grow into the Lily-echo, so brilliant, curious, razor-sharp, elegant without even trying.
That would be unsettling for both Draco and Snape
For Draco, it’s the unwanted attraction cause she’s formidable.
The way she thinks. The way she watches. The way she slices through a conversation with one perfectly chosen sentence.
He’d hate how much that draws him in.
And for sSnape it would be... unwilling affection. Memory. Grief.
Because imagine her in his classroom answering questions with Lily’s precision, lifting her chin the way Lily did when she disagreed, smiling, once in a while, with that same softness Lily used to have.
Snape would have a very, very hard time with that.
Not because he loves her, but because he once loved Lily
So heere is my opinion dear.
