hello lovely ianny!!! ahh this is so hard!! i genuinely love them all in different ways!! i think suck it and see is the most heartbreakingly raw and beautiful, i think the lyricism of favourite worst nightmare is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE; tranquility base has the best aesthetic, and i’m LITERALLY playing humbug right now!!! i think it’s a genuine tie between humbug and favourite worst nightmare— they’re certainly the albums i most often end up replaying. 

to answer you other question! some of my absolute favourite songs are: pretty visitors, fire and thud, dance little liar, mardy bum, riot van, do me a favour, 505, from the ritz to the rubble, and SO MANY MORE ahhh but yeah those are my absolute favourites if i had to choose

4. Is there a book that you think needs a bigger fandom??

skjdvnf most of the books I read have no fandom rip. I’ll go with The Kingdom of Back for YA lit (most Marie Lu books tho really?? she’s better than most YA authors but the fandom seems pretty...dead?) and A Memory Called Empire, which is adult science fiction so no one’s read it around here lol

dhfskd The Empress of Salt and Fortune!! it’s a novella so idk if it’s cheating but it’s SO good. It’s very weird since the story is told through objects, because a cleric is narrating the empress’ past through the objects she’s used in her life. But really it’s mostly a story about history and the people overlooked by it. It’s literally a story about a revolution and there’s no fighting scene in it and that’s so clever???
