In times like this Gwen wondered why she was still with her boyfriend. When he invited her over today she thought they would at least have sex but instead she was forced to just sit there watching him play video games. Even when she tried to initiate something sexy he pushed her away. With a huff she left his room intending to leave but then when she noticed his dad in the kitchen she couldn't stop herself from ranting at him. "Do you have any clue what an idiot you have for a son?" Gwen yelled, knowing none of this was directly Esteban's fault she was just upset. "I mean anyone can clearly see how fucking hot I am right? And he has no interest? He would rather play some stupid game then with me. Am I crazy? I mean, I literally offered to blow him and he pushes me away. Then right before I walk out I flash him my tits and no reaction? I mean honestly, what do I have to do to get fucked in this though?" Gwen let out a deep sigh and closed her eyes. it was meant to be a family vacation - a chance for them all to reconnect on a level they hadn't been capable of previously - at least, so her mother claimed. daphne was tempted to tell the woman it was due to the fact that she'd married so soon after telling her daughter about the man, and there had been little time to get to know him before they'd exchanged 'i do's'. it didn't help that her mother had offered some flimsy excuse to leave the extended trip almost a week early - claiming work needed her for some last minute product launch. daphne had rolled her eyes, muttered how she'd be staying because she'd already taken the time off herself.

that morning, she'd woken early, done yoga out in the yard and showered before she saw the man. adorned in an emerald green bikini, daphne offered a little wiggle of her fingers in greeting. "thought i'd lay out for a bit. enjoy the sun and the pool. i think mom kept those dinner reservations if you wanted to go, just the two of us?"

There were lines that shouldn't be crossed but Nia had crossed them, bulldozed them a long time ago. Her current relationship even was a perfect example of rules that she had previously ignored. But her personal life wasn't for anyone else to know, definitely not for them to figure out. She would be left trying to find an excuse as to why her actions were the way they were. She had done a great job toeing the farthest boundaries and it was too late to walk back. Nia grinned, trying to not let her thoughts bury her further. She couldn't yet tell him anything but she couldn't get distracted either. "Sorry, I missed it. What did you say?"
