LOL this is funny picture XD
I really feel that is missing in the fandom the ship of Hartia/Krylancelo. I don't know if I'm the only one who feels in the series of 1998 version Hartia's attitude is very painful and at the same time looking to be close to Orphen and calling him by his real name over and over again... I feel that if in childhood they they would have been closer they could have even been more than friends 🥺❣️
So I decided to make this little draw to make up for that "What would have happened if" 👀❣️

I really adored Hartia’s storyline and character arc in Orphen and it’s still the highlight for me nowadays. I actually really like the dub VA’s spin on him too, he really captures his immaturity & wistfulness, even when his best friend severs all ties with him. I’ll be interested to see how different his characterisation will be in the new series!
Another drawing for contest “Fandom Battle”. Orphen and Hartia from “Sorcerous Stabber Orphen”. I watched this anime many years ago... almost 14. And liked it very much back then. But I almost forget how good it was and even start thinking that I liked it only because it was one of my first anime’s (you know, some kind of imprinting ^^) And then there was Fandom Battle this winter, and I played in team Vintage Anime, and there was anonymous request for our team - to write/draw something about “Orphen”. And I thought, what a good reason to rewatch it. And rewatched. And OH MY GOD HOW GREAT IT WAS! Really, I’ve turn into some crazy “Orphen” fan as so many years ago, and it was such a pleasure! I’ve written two big fics (big for me - about 5000 words each of them) and edited 5 doujinshi’s which my friend translated for me from Japanese. And drawn this pic =) It was such a hot winter.
