Harvard Project at COP-29

Professor Robert Stavins, director of the Harvard Project on Climate Agreements (HPCA), will lead the Harvard delegation attending COP-29 in Baku, Azerbaijan November 11-22.

Professor Stavins and the HPCA team will participate in panel discussions, meet with policymakers and journalists, and co-host two official side events at the conference venue.
