The first thing that came to mind was when I got a perfect score on my final, probably!!
Exam: how do you deal with stress?
Personally, I don’t think I’m that great at handling stress! A lot of the times I’ll try and just listen to music or watch YouTube videos to destress, or really any way to take my mind off of things and separate myself from whatever’s causing stress. I’m someone who’s much more introverted, so I tend to keep to myself when I’m handling stress, so things like reading or playing a video game sometimes helps too. Of course, taking a nap is always great too! I’m also not embarrassed to admit that crying it out and just taking a moment to let your emotions out helps sometimes.
