Harvey Wallbanger Mocktail

The Wallbanger is a cocktail made from orange juice, vodka and Galliano (an Italian liqueur) and is a variation of the screwdriver. The drink was created in 1969 to promote sales of Galliano. Harvey Wallbanger was a made-up surfer.
This mocktail is made from orange juice and ginger ale. Anise extract and vanilla extract are included to try to replicate the taste of Galliano.
Ingredients:
¾ cup orange juice
½ cup ginger ale, chilled
1/8 teaspoon anise extract
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
ice
Orange wedge for garnish (optional)
Directions:
In a tall glass place some ice cubes. Then pour in the orange juice, ginger ale, anise extract and vanilla extract and stir.
Serve immediately
