What happened to Mark's Undertale livestream? Did he stopped playing Undertale? Or he just busy all the time and he can't play it?
He has been really busy lately with filming videos and going to the U.K and he’s gonna be going back to Cincinnati to visit family and he’s gonna be doing a charity livestream this month, so I would assume he’s probably gonna resume the Undertale livestream early next year :)

Is it true that Undyne's clothes in the date, is actually Papyrus'?

It is possible!
By the time Frisk goes on their date with Alphys, Undyne’s house has already burned down.Saying goodbye to Frisk, Undyne then goes to join Papyrus at his place. When she leaves, she is wearing her regular non-battle outfit.
However, when she shows up during Frisk’s date with Alphys, she is wearing another outfit entirely. Considering that Undyne is at Papyrus’ house the entire time until the Alphys date, the clothes could have come from there. Having just escaped a burning building, it’s understandable that she would want to change for her date!
Being of similar height, its conceivable that Undyne and Papyrus could share clothes. But, notice how much broader Papyrus’ shoulders are than Undyne’s. The jacket would probably be a tight fit on him, especially if he wore it over his battle-body (like he likes to do). While his battle body definitely adds more size to him, it wouldn’t be able to stretch out his shoulders without dislocation! This means his shoulders are broader than Undyne’s.
Even their shoes are of different sizes. In this picture, Undyne’s boots are compared to Papyrus’ sneakers (from his date outfit), which would be more fitting. It’s clear that Undyne has smaller feet.
However, there is one outfit that is worn by two different characters: the blue dress from Mettaton’s musical. After defeating Asriel in the pacifist route, Frisk can find this Mettaton fan, who mentions that Mettaton “gave me his dress!”
The dress somehow can magically fit different monsters. Not only that, but the dress itself looks slightly different on each monster.
Whether or not this is the case for all clothes is unknown, but this makes it possible that Undyne is borrowing Papyrus’ clothes. There isn’t any more evidence to further support this, but there also isn’t any evidence to reject this idea!

As said before, the project is complete, there is no further work to be done besides sharing and linking folks to artists involved. Submissions closed and all that. The community that was formed in the process of making the video is still together.

How do you keep your plans and ideas? Like, where to you keep in case if you forget?
I keep a lot of notepad files with scripts and other miscellaneous notes, but generally speaking, I tend to remember my plot plans rather well. Helps that I have a small group of folks I brainstorm with, particularly with the spoilers that are not for the public eye.
