Look, I’m going to be totally honest: I’ve completely mismanaged my money in the last year. My cost of living more than doubled after I broke up with Dom, and I missed some credit card payments, had a depressive episode, and surgery which took me out of work for three weeks last summer. My credit tanked. I’ve been skirting Checking 0 for months, and last pay cycle I got hit with several automatic payments at the same time and all their attending overdraft fees. I’m working on digging myself out; I got a raise and I’ve got two shows coming up, which I should get good checks for. But in the meantime I’m drowning and exhausted, and I don’t have anyone else to ask. I drive over 300 miles a week, my phone bill is due, and Kramer needs his meds. I need at minimum another $100 to get through the next two weeks. Can anyone help?
