i find it weird that's vivziepop is seemingly trying so hard to push the narrative of vox being irredeemably awful on the viewers.

like, vox's whole perfomance where he's clearly paralleling trump.

he's been shown being fake earlier, but now it's made to look gross: his “we love women in stem” line, his cringe-ass perfomance in carmilla's office, ect.

he seems to be inconsiderate of his partners, ignoring and neglecting them, while being extremely hypocritical about their ‘public displays’ (he'd pulled stunts equally bad, is not worse that that, for vee’s image).

yeah, vox's treatment of angel is plot-relevant and is actually necessary to include in to show, but it also adds traits to his characteristic. anyway, what i'm saying is,

the narrative paints a certain picture: vox is a racist, sexist, abusive and outright evil white man.

i feel like vivzie is doing it either to make his redemption surprising (remember the foreshadowing in S02E03), or to kill the bitch off. either way, it'd be fun to watch
