Oh hell yeah. Either they became/exposed themself as an anti, started posting too much discourse, posted bro//ganes, reblogged 500 posts in a row, or I just couldn't remember why I followed them and their content didn't seem memorable.

I will also block literally any anti I encounter and anyone who creates bro//gane content

I don't have many but the notps in various fandoms are sh@llura, gru//via, sa/susa/ku, pretttty much all the canon pairs in hp, and certain kinds of boring klnce. good job klnce for having fans so bad it makes me dislike a gay ship when all my other notps are m/f!!! Lmao

Surprisingly no, all the hate I've ever received has been Voltron related (gj fandom), specifically sh@ladin age discourse related, and via replies of all places. The better for blocking you my dears

1. What OTPs in your fandom(s) do you just not get?

happy fluffy schmoopy klnce and also sh@tt for voltron, but really i kinda… I can always see the appeal of a ship for other ppl even if it doesn’t appeal to me.

Inu/yasha and de@th note hahahahahahahaha also shojo manga in general.

10. Any fandom you’re ashamed of being in?

Voltron sometimes lololololol… also SOMETIMES fairy tail, but usually the fandom is pretty good even tho there is like very little quality content… generally the only Bad fandom I’m in is voltron…. also I try to stay out of fandom drama in general So

6. Has a fandom ever ruined a pairing for you (MC): Ummmm, not really. Like, back in the day I was really sensitive to fandom drama, and Shandy would get a lot of ridiculous and sometimes absurd hate and I didn’t really know about shipping wars or that people could be so mean (or dumb, honestly) (and to be fair, our side was rude sometimes too)–it didn’t really ruin the ship, per se, but it definitely ruined a lot of the fun of it. Now I follow the right people and am pretty good at just ignoring it.

8. Unpopular opinion about MC: Not a fan of Buzz. And actually not a huge fan of Rusty/Gus (their story seems really contrived to me, like duff just wanted to keep gus and didnt know what else to do with him).

9. Have you ever received anon hate? What about?: Yes. It was actually really stupid, like it was comparing my liveblog to another liveblog in the fandom and it was basically like "why do you even do this, when hers is so good?” and it was just really out of nowhere and like I didnt even know the other person /had/ a liveblog so I was kind of caught off guard and thats the story of why I dont liveblog anymore.

10. Any fandom you’re ashamed of being in?: I’m not really in that many fandoms. I’m not ashamed of any of them, but I do keep them relatively secret from most of my RL friends and family. IDK, some people dont understand the fangirl life.

Yes. Their blog either no longer posted any content I was interested in (raaaare) or had uncensored real-life porn which was not tagged in any way. I can’t block it if it’s not tagged, so they had to go.

6. Has fandom ever ruined a pairing for you?

Not ruined, no. I may not agree with how the fandom portrays a pairing (*cough*angbang*cough*) but my solution is to write that pairing however I like to see it. 

7. Is there anything you used to like, but now can’t stand?

As in, in life or in fandoms? In life, that would be video games. That’s because it’s related to my job. I still play some games, but majorly I call it a waste of time. In fandoms… I don’t know.

8. Unpopular opinion about [insert fandom here]?

It’s hard to say… Maybe Tolkien? Headcanon ahead:

 I think Melkor is not evil? Like, he’s a force of nature, he’s a thing of chaos, he’s like an earthquake or a thunderstorm or a wildfire  and while the effects of such natural occurrences may be catastrophic, we don’t go around calling them evil. The same goes with Melkor. He’s a natural disaster, but there is no malicious intent in him; he is not cruel out of some desire to be cruel. He is like a hurricane and he destroys everything on his path, but not because of any particular urge to be evil.

Of course, this changed somewhat after his captivity in Valinor. He is still a hurricane… but now, this hurricane is insane.

Also, definitely, he’s not cruel to Mairon. Not intentionally. Any cruelty from his side is an effect of Melkor’s inability to comprehend how any other creatures function and this includes Mairon.

9. Have you received anon hate? What about?

Twice maybe? I’m not popular enough to be receiving hate ;) I don’t even remember what it was about.

2. Are there any popular fandom OTPs you only BroTP?

Hmm... In OUAT, I guess Swan Queen? Although I have recently started to see more romantic appeal to them, but I still prefer brotp in canon (same with Evil Charming). But I could probably be trash for them in fanon. :P SwanFire is only brotp for me as well.

In AoS, I’m not involved enough in the fandom to know what ships are popular LOL. But Fitz/Skye, Skye/Tripp (idek their ship names) and Huntingbird (Bobbi/Lance) are more brotp than romantic to me. 

7. Is there anything you used to like, but now can’t stand?

TBH, there was a VERY brief moment that I thought I *could* ship Gremma but then crap happened and I’m like EW NO. I have too many problems with how Graham treated Emma and Regina (granted, Regina isn’t one to talk) but I really couldn’t talk much about them without getting a bit mad. LOL.

9. Have you received anon hate? What about?

I did received a couple awhile back (around the time there was a bit of the xivents ft3 photoshoot drama). Not sure if it’s enough to be called hate. But 1 or 2 anons dropped me a message [1, 2] about how I shouldn’t tag CS when I’m bashing their ship [my tagged post - 1, 2]. I stand by my decision because I don’t think I was bashing their ship or those are anti CS comments just because I didn’t recognize their first scene as an immediate romantic bond. But almost immediately, I have other CS anons who backed me up saying they are not offended at all. It was probably just that one time off thing so I’m not very concerned. I don’t think I’m popular enough to receive anon hate LOL. I just get them when the xivents photoshoot post got some interest. 

These are fairly safe questions.. :P

LOL. I feel like I should have a disclaimer here. But I have no idea what to disclaim about except these are just my opinions and people are free to like what they want (i have no problems with that) and please nobody hate me after this. hahaha...

1. What OTPs in your fandom(s) do you just not get?TBH, Captain Swan and Rumbelle. Don’t get me wrong, there are moments when I look at certain scenes and think that hey that’s cute, or awww. But I don’t think the writing is really that great for them.

For CS,It feels that the writers are trying to emphasize how great they are but I don’t see much substance or growth in this last season. The more they try to push it, the more reluctant I am to ship it. So, in a way, I’m glad about the Emma being Dark One arc, maybe some angst will help to bring in more excitement. The AU CS is much cuter to me than anything else though.

As for Rumbelle, *sigh* I really empathize with Rumbellers. I think the writers really dragged them through the mud there. I liked certain parts of it. I adore Rumbelle in Into The Deep. I think that’s the best part of Rumbelle. They were adorable, Belle saw past the man in the monster and the monster is struggling so hard to accept love. (hey, doesn’t that sound a bit like my otp? :P) and the whole Belle having amnesia thing and throwing the chipped cup (and being shot at) is like WHOA THIS HURTS BUT YES RUMPLE GET HER BACK. That was FANTASTIC. And then it just went down the drain. I can never get over how Rumple lied to Belle’s face like that. (Maybe because I’m someone who absolutely HATES being lied to, especially so blatantly) and he did it WHILE PROPOSING. I mean, really? While Rumbellers are so happy celebrating their wedding, I was so MAD because of how Belle is being horribly mistreated. I will never want my OTP to get married under such conditions. And when I thought maybe Rumple will get better, and the writers are just like NOPE. *sigh* And I hate most about how the writers completely just remove all consequences just like that? Like how Rumple just froze his wife and switched the daggers back?! I was ROOTING for Belle when she kicked him out of the town. I mean yeah, i feel terrible but I’m glad she finally stood up for herself and say no, this is not acceptable. I love you but NO, this is not acceptable. It was GREAT. I thought that would mean Rumple would wake up and realize what a terrible mistake he has made and do something genuinely to redeem himself and let her see that he is still worth fighting for. BUT NOPE. He gets a free pass because he’s dying (i mean yeah Zelena is terrible but that’s another story) and somebody just sucked the darkness out of him and suddenly he’s brand new and Belle is right by his side again. I’m just like ?!?!?!?! How is this great? I just think the writing is not helping me to like these ships.

3. Any fandoms that don’t appeal to you?

Umm.. I’m not quite sure how different this is from the earlier question. I think Hook and Rumple fandom in general? I’m not a great fan of either characters. I like Hook more when he’s in season 2, really focused on his revenge or actively having a plot of his own than trailing behind Emma and brooding. Rumple I like when he’s in the flashbacks. I mean, sure, he’s terrible and manipulative then too, but he was sassy, he was cheeky with a tinge of self loathing. But Mr Gold? Nah, not really my thing. Early S1/S2 maybe. But, the recent one is just too much for me.

6. Has fandom ever ruined a pairing for you?

Interestingly, I think fandom only helped me love a pairing that I don’t usually like. Sure, there are people that made me just UGH GET AWAY FROM OUR FANDOM PLEASE because of what terrible things they do or say. But my love for a pairing, usually don’t get less just because somebody hated it or says something stupid about it.
